KWP provides Exterior Wall Consulting services to assist Building Owners, Architects and Contractors from design through construction completion of the building envelope. KWP is known as a valued service provider to some of the most prominent Developers and Architects around the world.

KWP has offices in Hong Kong, Chicago, Dubai, Shanghai, and Beijing. The Façade Group is directed by Canadian and American Façade Experts with experience in all climatic conditions throughout the globe. Our professional staff are made up of both Architects and Engineers who are recognized experts in the field of Façade Consulting, and are continually developing state-of-the-art façade designs.

We focus on all aspects of Façade Design, Construction and Project Management to create unique and landmark developments that satisfy all of the Client’s requirements. We provide façade consulting services for all types of exterior wall systems, including; custom curtain wall, glass wall, skylights, exterior stonework, masonry and precast concrete.

Our professional services ensure Client satisfaction is at the center of focus on each and every project. We listen to what the Client actually needs, and collaborate with the Client in order to deliver a fully considered, efficient and financially viable solution. Directors

Thomas is the China Director for KWP and has been located in China since 2000. Being based in China over the past years has given Thomas great insight into the local construction industry. Over the past decade he has successfully complete more than 100 exterior wall projects in China and throughout the world. With this

experience, he has gained expert knowledge of China codes, materials, and understands strengths and shortcomings of local Material Manufacturers and Façade Contractors.

As a Registered Architect in the USA, Thomas has 20 years of Architectural experience of which, the past 10 years have been dedicated to façade research and practice. His façade expertise includes; green building solutions, curtain wall, double skin facade, glass wall tension systems design, aluminum & stone cladding, and pre-cast design. He has international design and construction experience in USA, Europe, Asia, and The Middle East.

Shawn is a registered architect in the UK and he has lived in Hong Kong for the past 11 years. Shawn has played a major role in the development of Hong Kong Architecture. He has worked with several internationally renowned Design Architects in the UK and USA. Shawn studied Architecture at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Ryerson Polytechnic University where he developed extensive knowledge in Building Envelope Technology.

Shawn has facade design experience from schematic/ detail design through to the construction completion stage on headquarter buildings, hotel, residential, commercial office and retail, and other large scale mixed use projects. He has worked on projects in the UK, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Australia and the Middle East.
