本手册包含“VC-7850 电力系统同步时钟”的安装调试、配置和操作。 请按照本手册进行安装和操作。

1.2 主要功能特点
VC-7850 电力系统同步时钟具有主时钟和扩展时钟的双重性。装置 时钟源采用灵活插卡式。插入北斗、GPS 时钟板,作为主时钟系统应用; 插入 B 码输入板或网络板可作为扩展时钟应用。
该产品可同时接收北斗和 GPS 卫星信号,实现北斗卫星和 GPS 双系 统冗余备份,提供长期时标信息,进行同步并对外授时;也可以使用外 部输入源(包括 IRIG-B(DC)和网络授时)为时间基准进行同步并对 外授时;在卫星源和外部钟源都不可用时,由系统内部时钟控制算法在 一定时间段内稳定地提供高精度时间信息。钟控算法先进,自动选择跟 踪源,跟踪源无损切换。北斗和 GPS 卫星源之间或卫星源和外部输入源 之间可以自动切换;输入两路 B 码信息实现双系统冗余备份提供时标信 息。两路 B 码源可自动切换,并在切换时实现无损切换。

电力系统同步时钟可灵活配置,提供多种授时应用。授时信号包括: 脉冲、串行授时报文、IRIG-B(直流、交流 B 码)、DCF77、网络授时等; 授时接口类型包括:光纤、RS232 电平、RS485 电平、空接点和网口等。
本系统主要应用于以调度自动化系统为中心的主站系统,以电站监 控(包括发电厂、变电站、开关站等)为主的子站系统,为其提供高可 靠性和高精度的时间信息。
可以支持 72 路授时信号输出,选配不同输出板能够配置不同接口 类型输出,在输出板上通过内部跳线可以设置输出为 1PPS、1PPM、1PPH、 自编程脉冲、直流 B 码或 DCF77 码等信号。
输入板包括: 卫星输入板:可配置北斗或 GPS 接收板; B 码入Ⅰ板:RS485 电平的直流 B 码输入,含继电器空接点告警

VC-7850 电力系统同步时钟由前面板、钟控板、铷钟板(选配)、电 源板、输入板、输出板和机箱构成(各板具体功能及使用将在第三章、 第四章有详细说明)。采用插卡式机箱设计,输入板和输出板可以灵活配 置,可以由卫星输入板和输出板构成主时钟,可以有 B 码输入板、光纤 B 码输入板或网络输入板和输出板构成扩展时钟。
