泡沫分离技术的应用及研究进展

摘要

泡沫分离技术是近些年得到重视的分离技术之一,介绍了泡沫分离技术的应用,介绍了此技术可分离细胞,可分离富集蛋白质体系,泡沫分离_Fenton氧化工艺处理表面活性剂废水,泡沫分离_Fenton氧化处理炼油废水,两级泡沫分离废水中大豆蛋白的工艺,聚氨酯泡沫塑料分离富集石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量金,硅片线锯砂浆中硅粉与碳化硅粉的泡沫浮选分离回收,超滤与泡沫分离内耦合应用于表面活性物质浓缩分离的实验研究,重点研究了此技术分离皂苷的有效成分。通过泡沫浮选分离富集三七中的4种人参皂苷的实验采用泡沫浮选法对三七粗提液中的4种人参皂苷Rg1、R e、Rb1 与 Rd进行了分离富集,此法分离皂苷具有富集倍数高、时间短、装置简单,且不需要有机溶剂,具有安全无污染的特点,易实现工业化生产.最后又介绍了一下泡沫分离技术的优缺点.

本文通过在现实工业中的九大应用证实了泡沫分离技术在工业生产中的重要性,泡沫分离的研究工作将不断扩大范围,其工业应用将越来越多.

Abstract

Foam separation is a separation technique in recent years been one of great importance, introduced the application of foam separation technology, introduces the technology detachable cell, detachable enriched with proteins, Oxidation process in foam separation _Fenton surfactant wastewater, foam separation _Fenton oxidation wastewater, two soy protein in the foam separation process wastewater, polyurethane foam separation and enrichment of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric determination of trace gold, silicon silica fume mortar jigsaw pieces with silicon carbide powder froth flotation separation and recovery, the ultrafiltration coupled with the foam separation of surfactant concentration used in the separation of experimental research focused on the separation of this technology the active ingredient saponin. By froth flotation separation and enrichment of the four kinds of ginseng notoginseng saponins foam separation experiments using crude extracts of thirty-seven the four kinds of ginsenosides Rg1, R e, Rb1 and Rd were separated and enriched, this method Saponin isolated high enrichment factor, time is short, the device is simple and does not require organic solvents, and has security features clean and easy to be industrialized. and finally introduction about advantages and disadvantages of foam separation.

In this paper, nine in the real industry application of foamseparation confirmed the importance of industrial production inthefoamseparation of the research work will continue to expand the scope of its industrial applications will be more and more.
