摘要
把两个晶闸管反并联后串联在交流电路中,通过对晶闸管的控制就可以控制交流输出。这种电路不改变交流电频率,称为交流电力控制电路。在每半个周波内通过对晶闸管开通相位的控制称为交流调压电路。
交流调压电路应用十分广泛,本文所设计的单相电风扇无级调速就是其在异步电动机调速中的应用。电机属于阻感负载,可以等效看作电阻与电感的串联。设计电风扇调速电路简单且实用,主电路是交流调压电路负载为阻感负载时的情况,电路简单,所用器件少,晶闸管所需的触发电路和保护电路亦不能缺少,本文也做了介绍,最后讨论电路参数的计算和器件的选择。
电风扇是最常用的家用电器之一,市场上各种各样造型,功率,品牌的电风扇也应有尽有。通过利用晶闸管构成的调压电路,可以实现对负载电压的控制,从而实现电风扇无级调速,满足人们对风扇转速的要求。这样电路的优点在于体积小,成本低,电路简单,易于设计制造。

Abstract
The two thyristor inverse parallel after the series in AC circuits, by controlling the thyristor can control AC output. This circuit does not change the frequency of the alternating current, called the AC power control circuit. By controlling the opening phase of the thyristors in each half a cycle known as the AC voltage regulation circuit.
AC voltage regulation circuit is widely used, single-phase stepless speed regulating electric fan designed in this paper is its application in induction motor drive. Electric fan motor coil, which belongs to the inductive load, can be equivalent as a resistor and inductor in series. 100W single-phaseelectric fan is a household electrical appliance, circuit designed in this paperis simple and more practical, the main circuit is AC voltage regulation circuit load is inductive load, the structure is simple, and the thyristor required to trigger circuit and the protection circuit also cannot lack, this paper alsointroduces calculation device, and finally discuss the selection of the circuitparameters.
The electric fan is one of the most commonly used household appliances, the market various shapes, power, electric fan brand will have everything that one expects to find. Through the use of thyristor voltage circuit composed of adjustable, canrealize the control of the load voltage, so as to realize the stepless speed regulating electric fan, satisfy the requirements of fan speed.This circuit has the advantages of small volume, low cost, the circuit is relatively simple, easy to design and manufacture.
