幼儿教师道德失范现象分析

摘要

现如今，父母们对孩子的各个方面的要求变得越来越高，孩子们的教育现在越

来越受到社会以及家庭的关心。近年来，网络、新闻上报道了不少关于幼儿老

师虐待儿童的事件，虐待儿童的视频屡屡传出。幼儿老师们次次触犯道德底线，使得家长越来越不信任幼儿老师这个职业，社会上人们对幼儿及幼儿老师这个

职业的关注达到前所未有的高度，人们都纷纷指责幼儿老师的行为，我国幼儿

教师道德失范的现象比较严重，原因比较复杂，大多数人只是对这种现象进行

批评，并没有静下心来仔细思考其背后的原因。为什么幼儿教师对如此对待儿童？难道只是因为幼儿不听话、捣乱吗？幼儿园生活是孩子们童年的必需地，

是一个成人生命的特有轨迹，还给孩子们一个良好的、舒心的生活环境，幼儿

园老师们以及我们这些未来的幼儿园老师应该怎么去做？这是值得我们深刻去

思索的问题。本次我的论文就是从现在出现的幼儿教师道德失范现象出发，分

析其背后出现的原因，从而我们应该采取什么办法防止这种现象的再次发生。

本文首先确定了现如今出现的问题以及为什么去研究这个问题，并且在了解研

究意义和方法的基础上，借助于近年来出现的幼儿老师虐待幼儿的案例，进行

描述分析。本文通过阐明出现的事件，找出这一事件背后的原因，最后根据事

件发生的原因以及相关资料的应用，得出解决这些事件的办法。

关键词：幼儿教师；师德；道德；失范

Abstract

With the rapid development of social economic,parents are paying more and more attention to their child. Young children not only are the national flower but also are the nation’s hope in the

future .Preschool Education are concerned more and more to society.

In recent years the online, news reports about preschool teacher

child abuse event, the video of child abuse event appear constantly. Early childhood teachers every time breaking the moral bottom line, parents don’t trust the kindergarten teacher more and more. Society for infant and preschool teacher’s attention to an unprecedented height. people are accused of preschool teacher behavior. In our country, preschool teachers moral anomie phenomenon is more serious. The reasons are complicated , a lot of people are only criticism of the phenomenon, not in-depth thinking about the reasons behind. Why

do early childhood teachers to child abuse? Is it just because

children not obedient or make trouble? The kindergarten life play the important role in people’s life,and is a person growth

characteristic trajectory. Giving children a safe, happy ,comfortable kindergarten life, it need preschool teachers and others workers how

to do? It is also worthy of our thought. My paper is starting from

the phenomenon of child abuse and analysis of the reasons behind

it.We should take what kind of measures to prevent the happening of this kind of phenomenon.

In this paper ,first of all, I determine the research question and research background, and introduce the research significance and methods ,with the aid of the case in recent years, the description of the objective analysis. Based on the analysis of moral anomie phenomenon on the basis of preschool teachers, to focus on analysis of the reasons for this phenomenon. Finally, in the above

analysis,corresponding summary and find out the strategies of moral anomie.
