Abstrac t:Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2(at.%) bulk metallic glass(BMG) with a diameter of 3mm was fabricated by copper mold casting, and the partially crystallized Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 alloys were obtained by annealing Annealing temperatures were separately set at 610℃、630℃and 645℃.The amorphous and their crystallization processes were identified by differential scanning calorimeter and X-ray diffraction.A comparative study of the electrochemical corrosion behaviors of amorphous Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 alloys was performed by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 1.5M HCl solution.The influence of heat treatment at different temperatures On the alloy structure and corrosion resistance in 1.5M HCl solutions was investigated.The results show that the crysmllmation process of the amorphous can be divided into two steps,and the amorphous has a higher corrosion resistance than the annealed. The corrosion resistance of the amorphous decreased as the thermal treatment temperature rises..

Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2amorphous alloy and the samples after the heat treatment process by 1.5M HCl solution in the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the electrochemical reaction of amorphous alloys Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 resistance is greater than heat-treated samples.They have the following law of resistance size: :R1(amorphous)>R1(610℃+8h)>R1(630℃+8h)>R1(645℃+8h), than that of amorphous alloy samples after heat treatment has better corrosion resistance.
