企业物流业务外包的利益与风险分析

摘要：自上个世纪80年代以来，第三方物流由欧美市场开始迅速发展。至21世纪，第三方物流已遍布世界各地。为了加快供应链的响应速度，更多的企业摆脱了传统物流枷锁的束缚，转而投向了物流外包委托的怀抱。据IDC曾经的数据显示，21世纪后欧盟国家物流服务市场预计以年均 3.3%的速度稳步增长，而在亚洲，即使是现今着重发展物流的我国，企业3PL的利用率也尚不足30%。许多的企业倾向于自营物流，并且过多的中小型企业惧怕物流外包过程中的风险，也是导致我国3PL发展进程缓慢的重要因素之一。

为此，本文运用物流成本管理、物流信息系统、经济学等相关学科理论对企业物流业务外包的利益与风险进行整理、分析、研究。首先从国内外的物流外包环境入手，分析市场环境，剖析物流外包业务的优势及利益点，再解析风险及常见问题，然后根据所学相关学科知识，提出规避风险办法，做好风险防范。

本文从客观角度剖析物流外包业的利益与风险，有助于企业更好地选择适合的物流方式，从而更加有效保障企业营运机制的响应速度，提升企业在业界的核心竞争力。

Abstract：Since the last century since the 80's, the third party logistics started from Europe and the United States market rapid development. To twenty-first Century, the third party logistics have been all over the world. In order to accelerate the response speed of the supply chain, more and more enterprises to get rid of the traditional logistics chains, turn into the logistics outsourcing by arms. Once the data is displayed by the IDC, after the twenty-first Century EU logistics service market is expected to grow steadily at an annual rate of 3.3%, while in Asia, even if is now focused on the development of logistics in our country, the enterprise 3PL rate is less than 30%. Many enterprises tend to self-run logistics, small and medium enterprises logistics outsourcing process and too much fear of risk, it is one of the important factors leading to the slow development of China 3PL.

Therefore, the logistics cost management, logistics information systems, economics and other related theories on enterprise logistics outsourcing benefits and risks of collation, analysis, research. Starting from the logistics outsourcing environment at home and abroad, analysis of market environment, analysis of logistics outsourcing business advantages and benefits, then analysis the risk and common problems, then according to the knowledge of related disciplines, the risk aversion measures, good risk prevention.

This paper analyzes the benefits and risks of logistics outsourcing industry from an objective point of view, to help enterprises to better selection of logistics mode suitable, response speed and more effective protection of enterprise operating mechanism, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the industry
