摘要：根据套管开窗定向侧钻技术在胜利油田研究发展和实施的具体情况着重介绍了小眼井套管开窗侧钻定向井水平井的开窗侧钻井眼轨迹测量与控制等施工工艺和技术措施并结合66—37井和梁11—34侧井的具体施工情况对小眼井套管开窗定向侧钻技术方法和效果作了进一步说明。胜利油田大部分老井已处于生产的中后期油田产量下滑严重制约了油田的持续发展套管开窗侧钻技术是在老井或死井中通过套管开窗侧钻定向井对老油区进行二次或三次开采剩余油气资源提高油气资源采收率的一种行之有效的方法胜利油田从去年就开始进行套管开窗侧钻定向井技术的研究与应用至今已形成了包括套管开窗定向侧钻井眼轨迹控制钻井液技术固井技术等配套的工艺技术胜利油田已累计完成各种套管开窗井口小眼井套管开窗水平井口现在该技术已进入了大规模应用阶段并获得了良好的效果。

Summary:Decided according to the drive pipe windowing drills the technology the special details which developed in the Oilfield research and implements to introduce emphatically sidewise the aperture well drive pipe windowing side drilled the directional well horizontal well the windowing side to drill bore hole construction crafts and the technical measure and so on path survey and control and unifies66-37 wells and the Liang11-34side well concrete construction situation decides to the aperture well drive pipe windowing drills the computing technique and the effect sidewise does further explained，The Oilfield majority of old wells have been in the production the mid and late part field output to slide restrict the oil field sustained development drive pipe windowing side to drill the technology are seriously drill the directional well in the old well either the dead well through the drive pipe windowing side to carry on two time or three mining surplus oil gas resources to the old oil region raise the oil gas resources recovery ratio one kind of effective side the law Oilfield to start from the year to carry on the drive pipe windowing side to drill the directional well technology the research and the application have formed until now have decided including the drive pipe windowing drill the bore hole trajectory control drilling fluid technology well cementation technology and so on necessary processing technology to accumulate sidewise complete each kind of drive pipe windowing well head well drive pipe windowing level the well head this technology entered the large-scale application stage now and has obtained the good effect.
