当前人才招聘的问题及趋势研究

Abstract
With China's rapid economic development, Talents to the important role of enterprise managers are increasingly attention. The western developed countries experience shows that a country's human capital and the skill level is to determine the direct driving force of economical sustained growth, and that the supply of highly-skilled staff and the state of the economy to maintain all-round prosperity has close ties. Human capital on the role of the enterprise has been more than physical capital and natural capital in economic and social development, and becomes the scarcest resources, is also the enterprise realizes the sustainable development most main factor of production and the crucial resources. China owned large population, millions of talents, but, because of the enterprise condition of business changed as well as the enterprise human resources management present situation ,lead to certain negative impact in staff recruitment on the
further development of enterprises hampered role.
The article first part mainly elaborates current situation in the staff recruitment, also analyses two aspects of the opportunities and difficulties encountered, and further sums up the four main reasons for recruitment difficulties. The second part clarifies the definition of recruitment as well as the relevant theories and the method; The third part attempts to carry on the analysis from exterior and the internal environment of enterprise, for the conduct of full proof of the enterprises in the recruitment of personnel encountered in the face of the favorable factors and the plight of the reason.
The fourth part focuses on the above analysis and the reasons for the enterprises recruitment, should be further discussion of how out of recruitment difficulties, and makes a number of improvements: such as: How to be brought into full play, how to create favorable conditions to recruiting the competitive power talented person for the business services, and for the community train more talents to make the community more affluent, in order to the use of the recruitment and corporate personnel process more handy. Finally, from the country's policies and regulations, socio-economic system and the state of the economy and technological progress demonstrated several angles , Recruitment enterprises in the future will have to face more difficulties, so that enterprises can make full mental preparation and the countermeasure.

摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,人才的重要作用也越来越被企业管理者重视。西方发达国家的经济发展经验表明,一个国家的人力资本和技能水平是决定经济持续增长的直接驱动力,高技能员工的供给状况与经济保持全面繁荣有着紧密的联系。人力资本对企业的作用已经超过物质资本和自然资本,成为经济与社会发展最为稀缺的资源,也是企业实现可持续发展最主要的生产要素和关键性资源。虽然中国人口众多,人才济济,但是,由于企业经营环境的不断变化以及企业人力资源管理的现状对人才聘用工作产生了一定的不利影响,进而对企业发展产生了阻碍作用。
文章第一部分主要阐述企业在人员招聘方面的现状,并从人员招聘方面所遇到的机遇与困境两方面进行分析,进一步归纳了造成人才招聘困难的四大原因;第二部分阐明人才招聘的定义以及相关理论和方法;第三部分试图从企业的外部与内部环境中进行分析,充分论证了企业在人才招聘工作中所遇到的有利因素和面临的困境的原因所在;第四部分着重针对以上
