摘要：本文根据滨海湿地植物特点及其退化的普遍原因，以科学性、合理性、可操作性为原则选取了5个评价指标，分成长期评价与短期评价，建立了滨海湿地植物修复效果监测与评价方法，并以黄河口芦苇湿地恢复区为示范基地，对其修复工程的修复效果进行评价。结果表明：黄河口芦苇湿地恢复示范区在植物盖度、植物健康状况、入侵危害等方面的评价等级较高，芦苇恢复整体状况较好，但修复工程的面积修复指标还未达标，应进一步扩大芦苇的恢复面积。滨海湿地植物修复效果监测与评价方法基本适用于滨海盐湿地植物修复效果监测与评价。

The research for the effect evaluation method of the

plant restoration in coastal wetland

Abstract：According to the characteristics of the plants in coastal wetland and the universal reasons of the degradation，five evaluation indicators were selected in accordance with the scientific，rational and workable principles in this paper，and divided into long-term e-valuation and short-term evaluation，and the effect method of the plant ecological restoration in coastal wetland was established．Ｒesto-ration Area of theＲeed Wetland in Huanghe Estuary was used as a research area，and the effects of the restoration was evaluated．The results indicate that the ranks of the plant coverage，the growth and development of plant，harmful level of invasive plant were higher．The condition of the reed restoration was good overall，but the restoration of the area was not yer standard，so should be expanded fur-ther．Accordingly，the effect evaluation method of the plant ecological restoration in coastal wetland applied to the effect evaluation of the plant restoration in coastal wetland basically．

近几十年来，随着沿海地区开发活动的不断加剧，引发了一系列的生态环境问题，如生物多样性下降、珍稀濒危物种绝迹、红树林消失、渔业资源衰退、赤潮濒发、滨海湿地面积萎缩等［1］，直接或间接导致了许多海洋生态系统的严重退化。海洋生态环境退化是世界各国普遍面临的问题，退化生态系统的修复已成为全球举世瞩目的焦点和生态学研究领域的热点。

纵观国内外海洋生态修复的研究与实践，可以分为生态修复规划、生态修复技术方法及生态修复监测三个方面，国外在这三方面均作了一定数量的研究，我国针对某种生境的生态修复技术方法也做了相关研究，如红树林、海草床、海岛等生态修复技术方法的研究［1］。但对于
