（7）教学目标与要求： • 该课程属于典型的复合能力培训课程，是为二、三年 级国际经济法英语系专业学生开设。旨在培养学生的 法律和法律英语综合应用能力。通过学习本课程，要 求学生能读懂较难的法律原著，进行法律翻译和案例 分析。英语方面要求通过专业四、八级。 （8）教学内容： • 法律基本体系和法律基本概念的了解、法律英语术语 的学习、特定法律语言表达法的运用、法律文体的掌 握、法律英语的翻译以及案例分析的方法。
