摘要:放大自发辐射及其形成的寄生振荡对谐振腔中主激光的振荡产生了诸多不利的影响。
分析了板条型增益介质中光束传输距离和表面反射率对放大自发辐射的影响,通过实验验证
了端面键合Cr4+ :YAG晶体能够有效地抑制浸入式板条谐振腔中的放大自发辐射,从而提高
谐振腔的输出能量。与端面抛光相比,其输出单脉冲能量提升了 38. 4%,并获得了 32.3%的光-光转化效率。

Abstract :Amplified spontaneous emission a n d parasitic oscillation have m a n y negative influences o n the performance of laser resonator. T h e influences of b e a m transmission distance in slab a n d surface reflectivity o n amplified spontaneous emission are analyzed. T h e experiments verifies that bonding Cr4+ • Y A G crystal o n the ends of slab can effectively restrain the amplified spontaneous emission in the immersion slab resonator,which can improve output energy of the immersion slab resonator. C o m p a r e d with end-polished slab, the single pulse energy of e n d-b o n d e d slab increases
38. 4% ,and the optical-optical conversion efficiency of resonant cavity is 32. 3%.

i引言
在高增益的固体激光器中,通常会产生显著的 放大自发辐射(ASE)现象[1]。放大自发辐射以及 其在强反馈机理下形成的寄生振荡大量消耗了增益
介质中的反转粒子数,不仅会提高谐振腔的起振阈
值,还使增益系数随之下降,从而过早地达到增益 饱和。
随着固体激光器的不断发展,ASE现象和寄生 振荡受到了国内外研究者较为广泛地关注[2_6]。然而大部分研究都集中在薄片和棒状增益介质上,且 多为理论分析,对抑制板条激光器ASE的实验研究
较为少见。本文针对以Nd :YAG为增益介质的浸 入式板条固体激光振荡器,探究了三种不同端面处 理方式对谐振腔输出能量的影响。实验证明,相比 端面抛光和打毛,键合&4+ :YAG晶体可以有效抑 制ASE,提高谐振腔的输出能量。
