摘要

随着我国经济的迅猛发展以及经济全球化的不断深入,国内商业银行之间的竞争愈加激烈，建设银行信用卡业务作为国有银行重点中间业务收入之一，其快速的发展亦越来越引起业界的重点关注。而建行河南分行信用卡业务每年都以数倍的速度增长，与此同时，其风险问题也露出水面，该信用卡业务风险的监控管理还远远滞后于信用卡业务发展的规模和速度，信用卡风险业务的监控管理仍然属于传统的模式和初级阶段，在信用卡业务风险管理方面仍然存在很多的问题。

本文研究内容主要分五大章节。第一章，绪论。从选题的背景及意义出发通过研究文献综述，引出研究内容和方法，达到本文创新之特点。第二章，建设银行河南分行信用卡业务风险管理现状分析，包括风险管理架构和面临的主要风险。第三章，发达国家著名银行信用卡风险管理的经验借鉴。第四章，通过借鉴发达国家著名银行信用卡风险管理经验给予建行河南分行信用卡业务风险管理指导对策，以及文献分析与实际相结合得出提高建行河南分行信用卡风险管理水平的对策。第五章，结论与展望。

本文通过文献分析、理论与实际相结合等方法，对建设银行河南分行信用卡业务风险管理现状及存在的问题进行分析和研究，并借鉴世界发达国家信用卡业务风险管理先进经验，对建设银行河南分行信用卡业务风险管理体系提出解决对策。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of economic globalization, Construction Bank credit card business as one of the key state-owned banking intermediary business income, Its rapid development has also aroused the industry's focus. The Henan Branch of China Construction Bank credit card business every year to several times the rate of growth. at the same time, Its risk problem also surfaced. The credit card business risk monitoring and management is far behind the credit card business development scale and speed. The monitoring and management of the credit card risk business still belongs to the traditional mode and the initial stage. There are still many problems in credit card business risk management.

This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter One Introduction. From the background and significance of the topic and through the literature review, lead to the Research content and methods. Chapter two. Analysis on the Current Situation of Credit Card Business Risk Management of Construction Bank Henan Branch. Including the risk management framework and the main risks. third chapter. Experiences of Risk Management of Famous Bank Credit Cards in Developed Countries. Chapter Four. Credit Risk Management of Henan Branch of CCB helped by Credit Risk Management Experiences of Famous Banks in Developed Countries. As well as the combination of literature analysis and practice to get the countermeasures to improve the credit card risk management level of CCB Henan Branch. chapter Five. Conclusion and Outlook.

This paper analyzes the literature. Analyzes and studies the credit card business risk management present situation and the existing problem of Henan Branch of China Construction Bank. Draw lessons from the developed countries credit card business risk management advanced experience. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to the credit card business risk management system of Henan Branch of China Construction Bank.
