摘要

随着中国人口老龄化情况的加剧，老人已经成为社会人口中庞大的一支，年轻人口的转移使得很多老人出现空巢现象，尤其是农村老人，近年来的情况不容忽视，城市化进程的加快，经济的飞速发展，导致社会上出现人口的大规模转移，留守老人一人或多人生活，期间出现了诸如精神、就医、与子女关系、养老等问题，不利于家庭关系的良性运行，影响着社会的和谐发展。本文以内蒙古自治区赤峰市乌台图村为例，通过问卷调查等形式详细了解农村空巢老人生活现状，总结了农村空巢老人面临的主要问题，包括收入不足、就医困难、精神孤独、养老情况不稳定、易受诈骗等，并从完善农业经济、建设医疗站点、新建娱乐设施、加强道德教化、宣传安全知识等方面提出了解决农村空巢老人问题的建议和对策。结合乌台图村的实际情况，让对策能够真正和民意，解民难，改善空巢老人的生活现状、精神状况，让他们能够有更多的幸福感，丰富老人群体的精神世界，最终促进和谐社会的建成。

Abstract

With the China's population aging situation intensifies, the old man has become a huge population in society,the transfer of young population makes many old people in empty nest phenomenon.In recent years, the circumstance must pay attention,especially the rural Empty nesters,the speeding up of urbanization and the rapid development of economy make the mass transfer of population, old people live one person or more, appeared some problems such as spirit,health care,relation with children and pensions ,it is not conducive to the benign operation of family relationships and affects the harmonious development of society. Based on WUTAITU village of CHIFENG city in NEIMENGGU province as an example,through write the questionnaire survey form to knew the details about rural old man life situation, summarizes the issue what the old man facing,including revenue shortfalls, treatment difficulty, spiritual loneliness, endowment is unstable and vulnerable to fraud, and improve the situation though agricultural economy,the construction of medical sites, new recreational facilities safety knowledge, strengthen moral education. In combination with the practical situation of WUTAITU village,make countermeasures can truly help people, improve the empty nest elderly life status and mental status, let them more happy,enrich the spiritual world of the elderly group,finally promote the setting up of a harmonious society.
