民营企业内部控制存在的问题及对策——以颍上县经纬循环农业有限公司为例摘要：随着全球经济的发展，我国企业尤其是民营企业面临的挑战和压力也越来越大，因此，企业内部控制的重要性也日益凸显出来。内部控制对我国民营企业经济的发展有着重要的作用，我国民营企业在创造税收和增加就业等方面做出了很大的贡献。民营企业是国民经济增长的动力，是就业的稳定器。我国75%的城镇就业靠中小民营企业，90%的新增就业依靠中小民营企业。同时，民营企业也是创业、创新的活力之泉，但很多民营企业在内部控制方面仍存在很多问题，因此民营企业为谋求新的发展空间，实现向大中型企业的转型，民营企业必须从战略布局、产业结构、人力资源、财务管理等方面改进实施内部控制制度，提高企业的经营管理效率，规避企业经营过程中可能出现的风险，降低企业的运营成本，实现企业利益最大化[1]。对于该企业内部控制方面存在的问题进行探讨和研究以便解决，有助于企业的健康发展。面临生存的困境，民营企业内部控制制度受到越来越多的重视，建立和健全民营企业的内部控制制度，将有助于企业经营者合理控制企业成本，有效降低企业资金风险，提高企业自身竞争力，实现向大中型企业的转型。因此，建立一个适合民营企业的内部控制制度体系，对在当前民营企业来说显得尤为重要。
