经过多年的成长,中国医药市场己经成为国际性的竞争市场。除了产品的核心竞争力之外,市场销售已经成为了各大医药企业争夺市场份额的重中之重。产品的竞争即是市场的竞争,归根揭底还是人才的竞争。中国医药企业的人才流失越加严重。因此,如何留住现有人才,吸引更多人才,是医药企业人力资源管理的重大问题。
笔者在撰写本论文的过程中,结合了所学的人力资源管理理论、组织行为学理论知识,以案例研究的形式,综合运用了问卷调查法、访谈法、文献研究法、定性与定量结合等方法对杭州华东医药公司人才流失问题进行了分析研究。
文章首先介绍了本次研究的背景及意义,随后阐述了本次研究的理论基础。在对民营企业整个行业的人才流失状况进行分析之后,针对杭州华东医药公司做了具体的调研分析,并分析了该公司的人才流失的现状及原因。随后针对调研结果,对该公司的人才流失提出了合理的应对措施。
人才对企业获得竞争优势来说是不可或缺的。在企业中能有发展,是留住人才的关键,因此,要对杭州华东医药公司的人力资源管理进行创新:引进全面薪酬体系以弥补传统薪酬制度的不足;晋升制度方面,采用“双阶梯”制,给技术人员和管理人员平等的发展机会。研究杭州华东医药公司人才流失的意义在于通过研究新区建设平台企业杭州华东医药公司人才流失状况,剖析人才流失的深层次原因,并有针对性地提出相应的解决方案,这对于国内其他的平台企业而言,有着巨大的参考价值和积极的现实意义。

Abstract
Pharmaceuticals market in China has become an international competitive market after years of growing. In addition to the core competitiveness of products,there have been shown a fierce competition for attracting the outstanding market sales staff among organizations which contend with each other for high market share.Products competition which is the market competition, it all simmers down to a competition of intelligence and talents. Currently, there is a trend of talents lost in large pharmaceutical companies or organizations, so that the both interesting and meaningful question for human resources management in organization is how to retain the talents in your company and how to attract more talents.
The author in the process of writing this paper, combining the theory of organizational behavior, human resources management science theory knowledge, in the form of case study, using questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature research method, combining qualitative and quantitative methods of brain drain of Hangzhou Huadong medicine company is analyzed.
The article first introduces the background and significance of this study, and then expounds the theoretical basis of this study. After analyzing the situation of brain drain in the whole industry of private enterprises, we made a specific investigation and analysis for Hangzhou Huadong pharmaceutical company, and analyzed the current situation and reasons of brain drain in the company. Then, according to the results of the research, we put forward the reasonable countermeasures to the brain drain of the company.
Talent is indispensable to an enterprise to gain a competitive advantage. Can have development in the enterprise, is the key, therefore to retain talent, human resources management of Hangzhou Huadong medicine company of innovation: the introduction of comprehensive compensation system to compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional salary system; promotion system, using the "two step" system for technical personnel and management personnel and equal development opportunities. Hangzhou Huadong medicine company brain drain situation through the research significance lies in the loss of the construction of the new platform for enterprises in Hangzhou East China pharmaceutical company personnel, in-depth analysis of the causes of talent loss, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, this platform for other domestic enterprises, has great reference value and practical significance.
