China’s Position on Establishing a New International Political and Economic Order
First, we must uphold the principle of mutual respect of sovereignty and territory, mutual non-aggression and non-interference in internal affairs.
Second, we persist on handling international disputes in peaceful manner and oppose to any use or threat of force trough taking military superiority. We must abandon completely the ideology of cold war and establish a new concept of security based on mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and coordination. We can enhance mutual trust through dialogue and promote common safety through cooperation.
Third, all countries in the world enjoy equal sovereignty. All countries, strong or weak, rich or poor, are members of international community and enjoy the equal rights to participate in the international affairs. The people of each country should be the mater of their own affairs. All countries should have a equal say on international affairs through consultation. All countries should cooperate with each other to tackle with global crisis.
Fourth, we should respect different conditions of other countries and seek common ground while shelving differences. Each country enjoys the right to choose its own social system and follow its own pattern of development independently. The world itself is inherently full of colors and diversity. Therefore, there is not possible to male every country follow the same development model. The differences on terms such as social system and values cannot be barriers to developing normal relations between countries, nor the justification for interfering the internal affairs of other countries.
第五，互利合作、共同发展。

各国之间，特别是发达国家和发展中国家应该相互合作，平等互利，共同发展。

要改革旧的不合理的国际经济秩序，使之有利于维护世界各国特别是广大发展中国家的权益。

Fifth, we should conduct mutually beneficial cooperation and seek common development. All countries, especially between the developed and developing ones, should cooperate with one another and realize common development on the basis of mutual benefit. We have to reform the old and irrational international economic order, and ensure that the new order protect the rights and interests of all countries, developing countries in particular.。
