摘要

智能居家养老作为一种全新的养老模式，在中国仅存在着试点，并没有广泛的实施。本文研究了智能居家养老模式，从背景入手，指出传统的家庭养老、机构养老、社区养老所面临的困境，提出智能居家养老是最适合中国国情的一种新型的养老模式。本文以武汉H社区为例，结合H社区的现状，指出了H社区智能养老存在的问题，并针对问题，结合了国内外一些先进的理论和经验，提出了推进智能居家养老方式在我国普遍实施的对策建议。

ABSTRACT

Intelligent Home care as a new pension model, intelligent Home in China only exists the pilot, and not widely implemented. This paper studies the intelligent Home care mode, from the background, it is pointed out that the traditional family pension, pension, community pension difficulties, and puts forward intelligent Home care is a new pension model best suited to China's national conditions. Taking Wuhan H community as an example, combining with the status of the H community, pointed out the existence of intelligent H community endowment’s problem, aiming at the problem, combined with a number of domestic and foreign advanced theories and experience, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of intelligent Home retirement way in common practice in China.
