摘要:在二十一世纪的今天,人类已经进入网络信息时代,与此同时,人们对网络通信的需求也在不断提高。我们已不仅仅满足于在固定环境中进行通信,还希望随时、随地都能够进行语音、数据和图像通信。这样,可进行移动通信的无线网络就应运而生了。在世界范围内,无线局域网技术已迅速发展成为计算机网络中一个至关重要的组成部分,它的应用领域也在飞速扩大,随着IEEE802.11 无线局域网标准的制定成功,无线技术已摆脱了过去那种互不兼容的状态,从而能为无法采用有线系统安装的领域提供了可靠的、移动的网络互连方案。本文首先介绍了无线局域网的基础知识,了解无线局域网的整体状况及相对于其他技术的优点。然后重点介绍了无线局域网的设计过程、如何确定设计方法、无线组网所特有的设计规则、无线网络与有线网络的结合等内容,并通过一个无线局域网工程设计实例来说明了此工程项目的背景及概况、功能需求分析、项目系统规划、项目总体方案设计、无线网络系统具体设计及实现等内容,从而给出了一个完整的以无线局域网为关键性技术的网络工程设计方案。最后,结合无线局域网当前存在的一些不足对今后无线局域网的前景做进一步的展望。
Abstract: people have lived in the network and information age in 21st century. Meanwhile, the requirement of Internet Communication is being improved. We are not satisfied with communicating in fixed location, but communication with voice, data and image at anytime, in any place. So the wireless network of mobile communication has come to the market. In worldwide, WLAN has quickly become a very important component of computer network, with the application fields enlarging. As the WLAN standard IEEE802.11 was established successfully, WLAN has got rid of the status in which is incompatible to each other. Now it has the ability of providing reliable, motive network interconnection solutions for the instance that can not use wired system. In this paper, we firstly introduce the basis knowledge of WLAN and have a view of the entire situation and advantages of WLAN. Then we will pay much attention to the design process and the selection of design method of the WLAN, the design rule of building wireless network, the combination of wireless and wired network, etc. We will give an example of WLAN project design, and describe the background, summary, functional requirement analysis, system planning, overall project solution design, WLAN system detailed design and implementation, etc. Then we give a completed design proposal of network project using WLAN as the key technique. At last, we do a prospect to the future of WLAN with investigation of the disadvantages of WLAN existing currently.
