by, at, beside, near ,next to的区别
1) by和beside均表示“在……旁边”,常可换用

after与in表示“在…之后”的区别
1.after 指的是以过去时间为起点的一段时间以后 常与过去时态连用
in指的是从现在算起的一段时间以后,因此要用 于将来时或含有将来意义的句子
He came back after three days. I’ll come back in three days.
