第一部分概述
1.1金属钛的物理性质
金属钛，原子序数为22，相对原子质量47.87，常温下不稳定，在自然界中只以化合态存在。

钛的密度小，4.51g/cm3 ，是最重的轻金属。

钛的延展性能好，热稳定性很好，熔点为1668±4℃，沸点为3260±20℃，临界温度4350℃，临界压力1130大气压。

钛具有较好导热性，导电性能较差，近似或略低于不锈钢，具有超导性，纯钛的超导临界温度0.38-0.4K。

钛的硬度跟钢铁差不多，但是它的重量几乎只有同体积钢铁的一半，具有可塑性，高纯钛的延伸率可达50-60%，断面收缩率可达70-80%，但强度低，钛中杂志的存在对其机械性能影响极大，特别是间隙杂志（氧、氮、碳）可大大提高钛的强度，显着降低其塑性。

钛作为结构材料所具有的良好机械性能，就是通过严格控制其中适当的杂志含量和添加合金元素而达到的。

1.2金属钛的化学性质
金属钛在高温环境中的还原能力极强，能与氧、碳、氮以及其他许多元素化合，还能从部分金属氧化物中夺取氧。

常温下钛与氧气化合生成一层极薄致密的氧化膜，这层氧化膜常温下不予绝大多数强酸、强碱反应，包括王水。

它至于氢氟酸、热的浓盐酸、浓硫酸反应，因此钛具有相当的抗腐蚀性。

1.3钛合金的分类及用途
通常将钛合金划分为α型、α+β型和β型合金。

钛合金的力学性能主要取决于化学成分和相应的显微组织。

α合金主要应用于化工和加工工业，这些工业中首先要考虑的是合金必须具有优异的抗腐蚀性能和变形能力，而对高比强度性能的要求次之。

含氧量是各种级别商业纯钛的主要差别。

作为间隙型合金化元素，氧可以显着地提高合金的强度，同时降低塑性。

商业纯钛为了达到要求的强度水平，只有氧是有意加入的合金化元素，而C和Fe等元素则是被看成制备过程进入合金的杂质元素。

近α合金是典型的高温合金，由于它兼具α合金优异的蠕变性能和（α+β）合金的高强度，高温应用选择这类合金很理想。

α+β合金中，Ti+6Al+4V合金应用最为广泛。

目前使用的钛合金中有50%以上具有这种成分，它具有良好的综合性能，目前人们对它的研究最为深入而且接受了最多的检验，最大的应用领域在航空工业领域。

β钛合金是应用最为广泛的一类钛合金，β钛合金具有最高的强度/质量比，而且大横截面的钛合金零件具有非常优异的强度、韧性和抗疲劳性能。

与α+β型合金相比，β合金的不足之处是密度大、加工范围相当小、成本较高等。

β型合金目前主要应用在航空航天领域和井下装置（深油井和气井）以及外科植入合金。

1.4钛合金的力学性能
通常，提高钛合金性能的方式主要有三种，即合金化和加工工艺以及复合材料。

合金化是提高材料强度的基础（如固溶强化、时效强化），同时可以获得有序结构（如TiAl金属间化合物），也决定了合金的大多数物理性能（如密度、弹性模量、膨胀系数），并在很大程度上控制了材料的化学抵抗能力（如腐蚀、氧化）。

加工工艺可以使材料的性能达到很好的平衡。

通过热加工处理，钛合金可以得到不同的显微组织，以便获得最优的强度、塑性、韧性、超塑性、抗应力腐蚀性能和抗蠕变性等，这取决于最终应用对某些特殊性能的要求。

不同材料组合在一起可以制备性能优异的复合材料。

新的符合物的性能与单个组元的性能之间符合简单的混合法则。

在这种情况下，钛合金或钛铝化合物通过颗粒或纤维增强就得到了金属基复合材料。

第二部分钛及钛合金的应用
2.1钛合金在航空航天领域中的应用
钛合金的突出特性包括高比强和抗蚀性优异。

因此，钛合金应用于铝合金、高强钢或镍基超合金的质量、强度、抗蚀性或高温稳定性等综合性能不能满足的航空产品中。

航空用钛合金主要驱动力如下：
a 减重（替代钢和镍基超合金）；
b使用温度（可替代铝合金、镍基合金和钢）；
c抗蚀性（可替代铝合金和低合金钢）；
d与聚合物基复合材料具有电化学相容性（可替代铝合金）；
e空间限制（可替代铝合金和钢）。

通常，减重是机身材料选择钛合金的主要原因，飞机机身采用钛合金可以阻止疲劳裂纹扩展。

它们以薄且窄的环状使用，象“腰带”一样安装在铝机身的周围，防止外部蒙皮的潜在疲劳裂纹出现突发性扩展。

现在，钛合金已经应用于飞机的液压管道。

与钢管相比，它可减重达40% 。

工业纯钛用于要求中等强度且抗蚀性优异的领域，比如飞机上的厨房和卫生间的地板，其腐蚀性环境要求采用钛。

飞机上除冰设备的管道系统由未合金化的钛制造，由于使用温度超过200。

C，这些管道需要传送的侵蚀性介质，从而要求具有优异的热稳定性和抗蚀性，其材料的热稳定性比强度更为重要。

飞机起落架的主要部件越来越多采用锻造钛合金制造。

座舱窗户框架由锻造钛合金制造来应对潜在的高载荷如鸟类的撞击。

与商用飞机市场相比，钛合金在军用战斗机中的应用更多，其大量应用受到更高机动性和超音速航行速度所需的更高热载荷和热机械载荷设计的驱动。

钛合金在军用飞机机身材料中的比例达50%以上。

钛合金应用最普遍的领域是军用飞机发动机舱，其工作温度迅速超过铝合金的使用温度范围。

钛合金用作直升机中承受非常高应力的部件------转子头部件。

燃气涡轮发动机是航空钛合金的一大主要应用领域，现在燃气涡轮发动机机构质量的1/3左右为钛合金。

压缩机叶片是最早的钛合金发动机部件，后来出现了钛合金压缩盘。

现在喷气式发动机的大型前端风扇叶片也是钛合金制成的。

2.1.3火箭、人造卫星、导弹
具体使用部位：压气机和风扇叶片、盘，机匣，导向叶片、轴，起落架，襟冀，阻流板，发动机舱，隔板，冀梁，燃料箱，火箭燃烧室，助推器等。

2.2钛及钛合金在化学、石油工业及其他一般工业中的应用
在化学工艺工程中，主要要求材料的抗蚀性而对材料的强度要求较低，因此选用纯钛和低合金化钛合金。

钛用于制造容器、混合器、泵体、交换柱罐、热交换器、导管、槽、搅拌器、冷却器和反应器等与含氧化剂的盐酸溶液接触的设备优先选用钛。

用于实际设备的钛合金成品主要以箔材、薄板和板材（用于热交换器片、内衬和包覆金属等）以及管材（用于热交换器、冷凝器等）形式提供。

2.2.1热交换器和冷凝器
钛成为以海水、碱水和污水作为冷却介质的热交换器的首选材料。

管道型和简洁的板状热交换器被例行应用于陆上石油精炼厂和海上石油钻探平台上，特别是薄壁冷凝器管道通常在零腐蚀余量下使用。

全世界范围内数百万米焊管和无缝钛管（用于蒸汽涡轮机发电厂、精炼厂、化工厂、空调系统、多级急骤蒸馏、脱盐和蒸汽压缩厂、海洋钻井
平台、水上船只和潜水艇以及游泳池用热泵）为钛的使用寿命和可靠性提供了证明。

2.2.2容器和仪表制造业
钛具有很好的抗蚀性，特别是在水中，是化学、电化学和石油化工工业的理想材料。

主要用于制作容器和槽罐等。

钛制容易和仪表可区分成整体容器、可拆卸的内衬和平板等。

钛网状阳极适合于铜、锌、锡或镉等电解液和其他主要的酸性液体浴池中。

加热或冷却浴池时，钛也用作侵入式盐浴加热元件用套件、锅炉管道、热交换器、调温装置和螺纹管等。

2.2.3尺寸稳定的阳极-----提炼冶金
钛阳极通过在表面沉积贵金属、铂或铑的氧化物薄膜来保持与电解液良好的电接触，这已经成功地应用于氯和氯酸钠中。

这些阳极具有像铂金属一样的阳极低过电压特性，与传统石墨电极相比更能降低能耗而且寿命更长，尺寸稳定，对电解液和氯的污染较少。

钛电极从含硫化物的硫酸溶液中电解沉积和电解精炼金属如铜、金、镍、锰和二氧化锰等可以避免煅烧硫化物矿石，这样更具有环保性。

另外，电解提炼中应用到钛电极的主要原因是钛抗蚀性优异且其氧化膜可以充当良好的分离剂。

2.2.4石油化工炼油厂
钛的非常优异的抗蚀性使得它在事后化工行业同样发挥着极其重要的作用。

商业纯钛和含钽或钯的钛合金在制备乙醛、丙酮、乙酸、丙烯酸纤维、尿素等生产设备中得到了很大的应用。

含硫化氢和二氧化碳较多的劣质原油迫使炼油厂采用钛来改进其加工设备。

现在，钛在炼油厂中被用于热交换器、容器、洗涤塔、柱罐、管道系统和其他相关设备。

2.2.5烟道气体脱硫
燃料发电厂释放的含硫气体以酸雨的形式破坏湖泊和森林，需要经过脱硫技术除去烟道气体中大部分的硫。

目前2级钛板基本上都应用于制造烟囱和烟囱内衬。

2.2.6蒸汽涡轮机叶片
使用钛叶片的主要原因是：钛叶片比钢叶片减重近60%，且抗氧化性的酸性氯化物腐蚀、抗腐蚀疲劳和抗应力腐蚀强。

2.2.7其他
钛具有的优异抗腐蚀和抗剥蚀能力，是脱盐厂关键性部件的首选材料，特别是薄壁钛管的成本效率和可靠性均优于传统的Cu-Ni合金，还有钛的生物相容性极其优异，在食品、酿造、制酒和医药工业中取代不锈钢的另一理由。

在纺织或纸浆和造纸厂的漂白车间里，钛常被用在与侵蚀性漂白剂特别是二氧化氯接触的设备上，大多数纯钛用于漂白工艺中，同时也用于回收废液。

2.3钛及钛合金在海洋和近海中的应用
采用钛合金生产钻进平台上的天然气和石油提升器，钛合金能够满足连接海床上钻头与提升器管道用楔形应力接头的高要求。

金属管道接头配件必须具有足够的柔韧性，以适应能够补偿由波浪、海风和潮汐引起的浮动钻井平台的移动。

目前，钻井装置和供给船上的冷却水管、供水管、废水管、海水提升管、锚系统用管道、洒水装置和压载水管系都是钛材料制造的。

除此之外，深海艇、潜水艇等耐压壳体都是钛制的，水产养殖可以应用钛合金丝编织的渔网。

核废物处理、再处理、浓缩过程中使用的离心分离机和磁体外套等也常常使用钛。

2.6钛及钛合金在医学中的应用
人工关节、齿科材料、手术器具、起搏器、人工心脏、Ti-Ni合金支架、手杖、轮椅、碱离子净水器等
2.7其他应用领域
通信、光学仪器：照相机快门、照相机摄像机机壳、曝光装置、电池、海底中继器等
音响设备：振动板
土木建筑：屋顶、大厦的外装、港湾设施、桥梁、海底隧道等可以用到比如纪念牌、标牌、门牌、栏杆、管道、防蚀被覆等。
