Introduction to Half Height PSD
概述 General
站台安全门系统由滑动门(ASD)、应急门(EED)、固定门(FIX)、门机、门控器(DCU)、控制 系统和供电系统(UPS)等组成。 其中电气控制系统主要由主控机(PSC)、就地控制盘(PSL)、门机 控制器(DCU)、声光告警装置、模式开关、操作指示盘(PSA)等组成,并以每个车站为单位构成一个 完整的监控系统。系统内部的连接有网络总线和硬线两种连接方式。 PSD includes automatic sliding door (ASD), emergency exit door (EED) , fixed door (FIX) , door operator, door control unit (DCU) , uninterrupted power supply (UPS) etc, wherein electrical control system is mainly composed of main control cabinet (PSC), driver’s control panel (PSL), door control unit (DCU), acoustic and optical alarm device, mode switch, remote alarm panel (PSA) etc. In addition an integrated monitor system is formed at each station unit. There are two kinds of internal linking available for the system, namely network bus and hardline.
● 关门操作 Door closing operation 由司机操作PSL的关门钥匙开关,发出关门命令,DCU接收到关门命令后,执行关门、闭锁等顺序操作。在所有滑 动门关闭后,PSL向信号系统发出所有滑动门关闭并锁紧的信号,允许列车离站。 The driver operates the key switch of door closing on PSL to send door closing command, which will be received by DCU to execute sequence operations of door closing, locking etc. After all PSD are closed, PSL will send to the signal system the signal of all the PSD closed and locked, allowing the train to part from the station.
适应性/Adaptability:
●满足7天/星期,连续18小时/天,开门和关门间隔2.5分钟的运营要求; Satisfy the operation requirements of 7 days/week, continuous 18 hours/day, as well as 2.5 minutes interval between door opening and closing; ●无故障运行次数≥100万次,实际运营寿命≮30年; Mean cycle between failures≥1 million times, actual operation life≮30 years; ●在7级地震力、人群载荷1500N/m(距地面1.1米处)、风压为1000N/㎡等载荷的综合作用下,门 体无塑性变形,且弹性变形量 ≤15mm 。 Under comprehensive effect of earthquake measured 7 magnitude, crowd loading 1500N/m(1.1m above floor level), and 1000N / ㎡ wind pressure, the door bears no damage with max. elastic deformation ≤15mm.
● 滑动门关闭后无法发车 The train cannot start off after PSD are closed 列车司机先打开PSL上的钥匙开关,然后操作PSL的开门钥匙开关,发出开门命令,DCU接收到开门命令后,执行 解锁、开门等顺序操作。 The train driver first opens the key switch on PSL, then operates the key switch of door opening on PSL to send door opening command, which will be received by DCU to execute sequence operations of unlocking, door opening, etc.
● 关门操作 Door closing operation 列车离站时,司机通过PSC向DCU发出关门命令。DCU接收到关门命令后,执行关门、闭锁等顺序操作。在
所有滑动门关闭后,PSC向信号系统发出所有滑动门关闭并锁闭的信号,允许列车离站。 When the train leaves the station, the driver will send door closing command to DCU via PSC. Once DCU receives door closing command, it will execute sequence operations of door closing, locking etc. After all PSD are closed, PSC will send to the signal system the signal of all PSD closed and locked, allowing the train to leave the station.
● 开门操作 Door opening operation 列车停站后,司机确认列车停止位置在允许的范围内时,发出开门命令,信号系统通过安全门主控机(PSC)
发出开门命令,DCU接收到开门命令后,执行解锁、开门等顺序操作。 When the train stops at the station, the driver confirms that it stops within the allowed error range speculated, after which he will send door opening command or the signal system will send door opening command via PSC. Once DCU receives the opening command, it will execute sequence operations of unlocking, opening etc..
● 开门操作 Door opening operation 列车司机先打开PSL上的钥匙开关,然后操作PSL的开门钥匙开关,发出开门命令,DCU接收到开门命令后,执行 解锁、开门等顺序操作。 The train driver first opens the key switch on PSL, then operates the key switch of door opening on PDL to send opening command, which will be received by DCU to execute sequence operations of unlocking, door opening etc.
运台级控制) Non-normal operation mode (platform level control)
当系统级控制不能正常运行时,如列车停位不正确、信号系统故障、信号系统与安全门系统通信中断、安全门系统 故障等非正常情况下,司机可通过就地控制盘(PSL)进行安全门的开门、关门操作,实现安全门的站台级操作。 In the event that the system level control cannot operate normally, e.g. train stops at incorrect position, signal system fails, communication between the signal system and PSD system is interrupted, PSD system fails and other non-normal conditions, the driver can perform the opening/closing of PSD via PSL so as to achieve the platform level operation of PSD.
在紧急运行模式下,如隧道内或者站台发生火灾等情况下,可由车站值班员操作车控室内的PSA控制开 关或通过电话和广播通知站台值班员操作PSL对整侧滑动门进行开/关控制。 When neither normal operation mode (system level control) nor non-normal operation mode (platform level control) is available for operating PSD, at the platform side, platform staff will operate the mode switch (automatic/bypass/testing) and testing switch of each ASD to carry out the control or open ASD via key; failure of single ASD can also be controlled by the mode switch and testing switch of ASD or be opened via the key. At the track side, the driver will inform the passengers to open PSD by themselves with the manual unlocking handle on ASD through the broadcast inside the train. Under emergency operation mode, e.g. fire happens in the tunnel or at the platform, it is possible to control the opening/closing by the station duty staff via PSA in the train control room or to control opening/closing of all ASD on one side by the platform duty staff via informing them with phone or broadcast.

⑶ 紧急运行模式(手动、紧急操作) Emergency operation mode (manual and emergency operation)
当正常运行模式(系统级控制)、非正常运行模式(站台级控制)均不能操作安全门时,在站台侧, 由站台工作人员操作各档滑动门的模式开关(自动/手动/隔离)及手动开关进行控制操作,或用钥匙打开 滑动门;单档滑动门故障时也可通过滑动门的模式开关及手动开关进行控制操作,或用钥匙打开滑动门。 在轨道侧,由司机通过车内广播通知乘客使用ASD上的手动解锁把手自行开启安全门。
运行模式 Operation Mode
⑴正常运行模式(系统级控制) Normal operation mode (system level control)
系统正常情况下,列车到站并且停在规定的误差范围内时,安全门接受信号系统或经司机遥控发出的指令后 控制滑动门的开关。 Under normal working conditions of the system, when the train reaches the station and stops within the allowed error range speculated, PSD receives the command from the signal system or the driver remote control to control the opening/closing of ASD.
