摘要

在化学工业中,脱水操作是非常重要和主要的操作过程。膜分离技术是一种新型的分离技术,由于具有其低能耗、设备要求简单、选择透过性好等优点,近年来得到了广泛的关注。丝光沸石分子筛膜MOR具有优良的耐热性、耐酸性及良好的亲水性,能够应用于在苛刻环境下渗透汽化以分离有机物/水溶液,所以具有广阔的应用前景。

本文采用热浸渍涂层法,在α-Al2O3陶瓷载体管上引入了晶种,通过二次水热合成法制备出了不同Si/Al比(摩尔比)的丝光沸石膜。采用的合成液配比为:10Na2O: : 36SiO2:960H2O,实验采用的变量是不同Al源加入量、不同F-离子加入量,考察其对丝光沸石分子筛膜的影响,通过不断重复尝试优化了合成丝光沸石分子筛膜的合成条件,成功地合成出了表面致密、重复性良好、耐酸性好及分离性能优异的丝光沸石分子筛膜。

最后通过实验考察了合成的丝光沸石膜在渗透汽化中的应用。采用原料为90wt.%异丙醇/水(t =75℃)及50 wt.%乙酸/水(t =75 ℃),结果表明:所合成的丝光沸石膜具有较好的分离性能和稳定性,具有工业应用前景。

mordenite zeolite membranes

Abstract

Dehydration is the most important and prevailing separating process in the chemical industry. Due to benefits of efficient use of energy and equipment, maneuverability, and excellent permeability etc, membrane separation is widely investigated in recent years. Mordenite membrane has orthogonal pore structures. There is a wide potential application of mordenite membrane in the dehydration of organic acid and membrane catalytic reaction due to its high thermal stability and excellent acidic resistibility. Mordenite membrane has become a research hotspot in recent years.

The objective of this work is to synthesis mordenite membranes with different Si/Al rations on a seeded α-Al2O3 tube by in situ hydrothermal synthesis. The molar composition of synthesis mixture is 10Na2O: :36SiO2:960H2O, and I have done a lot of comparative test under this ratio. The effect of crystallization time, crystalization temperature,and different

Si/Al on synthesis of mordenite membrane is studied. We has successfully synthesis the fine membrane which is thin and compact, reduplicate, acidic and possesses good separation property.

At last, the synthesized mordenite membrane is applied in the dehydration of

90wt.%IPA/water (t =75℃)and 50 wt.% acetic/water(t =75 ℃) by pervaporation, which exhibits excellent separation properties and high acidic stability, prove that the mordenite membrane has potential application in industry.
