啤酒厂污水处理工艺流程设计

摘要

啤酒工业在我国迅猛发展的同时,啤酒污水也给环境造成了极大的威胁。啤酒生产工艺流程包括制麦和酿造两部分,二者均有冷却水产生,约占啤酒厂总排水量的65%,水质较好,可循环用于浸洗麦工序中。高污染负荷的污水主要来自制麦中的浸麦工序和酿造中的糖化、发酵、过滤、包装工序,其化学需氧量在500~40000 mg /L 之间,除了包装工序的污水连续排放以外,其它污水均以间歇方式排放。酒污水pH 变化范围大,COD、BOD 和悬浮物浓度高,可生化性好。啤酒污水pH 变化较大,不利于生化系统的运行,甚至对生化系统具有破坏和毒害的作用,啤酒污水悬浮物浓度较高,给环境造成了极大的威胁,不考虑远期发展。本文分析了啤酒生产中污水产生的环节,污染物及主要污染来源,并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑了污水治理工艺,提出了SBR 工艺流程。可使污水经处理后应达到国家GB8978-1996 中第二类污染物最高允许排放标准中的二级标准,具体指标为:

Sewage Treatment Process Design of Beer Factory

Abstract

Beer industry in the rapid development of our country at the same time, beer wastewater has also caused a great threat. The process of beer production process includes two parts of malting and brewing, all of the two cooling water, accounting for about 65% of total amount of drainage in beer factory, better water quality, can be circularly used for soaking wheat process. Saccharification, fermentation, filtration, the packaging process of high pollution load of wastewater mainly comes from the preparation of wheat in the steeping process and brewing, the chemical oxygen demand between 500 ~ 40000 mg /L, in addition to the packaging process of continuous sewage emissions, wastewater emissions in batch mode. Wine Wastewater pH range, COD, BOD and high concentration of suspended solids, better biodegradability. Beer wastewater pH changes in large, is not conducive to biochemical system operation, even has the damage and harm to the biochemical system, beer wastewater suspended solids concentration, caused a great threat to the environment, without considering the long-term development.

This paper analyses the beer wastewater generated links of production, pollutants and the main pollution sources, and from the aerobic, anaerobic biological treatment to consider two aspects of the sewage treatment process, the SBR process. The treated wastewater should reach maximum allowable emission standard in the two level standard of second pollutants in national GB89781996, specific indicators for: COD ≤ 150mg/l, BOD5 ≤ 30 mg/l SS ≤ 150 mg/l pH 6 – 9
