摘要

20世纪70年代，在全球性技术革命浪潮和高技术企业崛起的推动下，战略管理研究学者们认识到了技术是确定企业经营业务和竞争战略的重要要素，明确地把技术与企业战略联系起来。而我们很多的中小型企业，却又陷入了需要技术的创新来加速企业发展，同时又在自身能力和技术创新战略规划上明显欠缺的矛盾，典型的就比如XX公司。因此，企业的技术创新战略构建就显得非常重要了。

本文将所学战略管理相关理论与实习期间的见闻相结合，同时参考前人的研究成果，尝试为XX公司构建合理完善的技术创新战略。文章分为四个部分，第一部分为企业技术创新的研究背景及相关概念，主要介绍技术创新战略在现代企业竞争中的重要地位及其内涵所在；第二部分为企业基本情况及技术创新中存在的问题；第三部分为原因分析；第四部分为对于技术创新战略构建的建议，分别从建立技术创新体系、制定战略规划及相关支撑制度等几个方面提出建议。

Abstract

Nineteen seventies, in the global wave of technological revolution and the rise of high technology enterprises under the promotion of strategic management research, scholars have come to realize the technology is to determine the enterprise business and competition strategy the important elements, specifically to technology and business strategies to link. While many of our medium and small sized high-tech enterprises, but also in need of technical innovation to speed up the development of enterprises, but also in their own ability and technical innovation strategy planning clearly lack of contradiction, the typical like F. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises technology innovation strategy is very important.

With knowledge of strategic management theories learned and the internship phase, also refer to previous research results, try to build a reasonable and sound technical innovation strategy for XX Corp. The article is divided into four parts, the first part of enterprises' technological innovation, research background and related concepts, introduces the important position and its implications where technology innovation strategy in the modern enterprise competition; second part introduced the basic conditions and technological innovation exist problem; third part is cause analysis; fourth part is built for technology innovation and strategic recommendations, recommendations from the establishment of the technological innovation system, to develop the aspects of strategic planning and related support system.
