六年级英语教学工作总结 胡露萍期末将至，再过一学期孩子们就要毕业了。回顾本学期的工作，既有撒播汗水的喜悦，也有教学困惑的反思，为了更好地提高毕业班英语教学，现将具体工作总结如下： 一、注重学生听说能力，严抓学生英语知识的掌握。 六年级学生已临近毕业，需要对学生的知识进行系统的梳理，让学生理解教材最基础的语言知识要点，通过分析，讲解和举例，帮助学生理解每一课的重点，难点和主要词组的用法，真正学到基本知识。语法学习是英语学习的一个重点，通过对每一课语法点的逐条梳理，进行对例句的理解和语法基本规则的学习，让学生掌握最基本的语法，使学生能实现英语的用语规范。通过引导学生进行语言功能的归纳，让学生了解不同场景的不同用法，逐步运用自如。 二、从学生的实际出发，进行分层教学。 由于学生英语基础参差不齐，所以同样的英语学习计划并不能对全体学生适用。所以我对两个班级英语基础较差的学生进行了分组，每组有6名成员，由一名成绩较好的学生担任组长对他们进行学习上的帮助。我给每个组员分批布置学习任务，让他们在组长的帮助下一点一点的进行英语学习。通过一学期的实践，我们取得了一定的成果。 三、注重培养学生的学习方法。 任何一门学科的学习都需要适合学生自己的学习方法，英语学习
重在多读多说多练。而现在的学生大多不愿意开口，以致学成了哑巴英语。有些学生的笔头很好，但是发音很差。我注意到这一点之后，组织学生在班级进行读书评比，内容为当时所学的课文。可以是一个人读，也可以是角色扮演。这样极大的调动了学生的读书积极性，读书的劲头足了，读书变得流利了，也敢于开口说了。为了能在评比中拿高分，学生开始注意听英语磁带纠正自己的发音，发音标准了，学生的自信就更足了，这样就能很好的达到练习口语的目的。 四、要把课堂还给学生，使学生成为课堂的主人。 首先要提高学生自学的兴趣，特别要注重知识点与现实的社会现象和生活紧密结合，让学生感受到我现在学的这些知识将来是有用的。避免学生为学而学，学无目标。枯燥无味。把课堂还给学生，就是要让学生在课堂里有充分展示自己的时间与空间。这样，要求每位教师在备课过程中，要科学地安排时间，教师的授课与解释，与学生自学、讨论、发言、实践、操作的比例要适当，要尽量把有限的时间留给学生去思考，解惑，实际操作。为了让学生成为课堂教学的主人，成为学生求获知识的最佳场所，一定要努力改革过去那种刻板式的，你教我听的教学模式，做到老师讲，学生动脑相结合，静与动相结合，知识理论与实际操作相结合，课堂与室外相结合，盘活课堂教学形式，最在限度激发学生的学习兴趣，让课堂成为增长知识的大舞台。 总之,一学期来，工作上有收获，也有需要改进的地方，今后我将继续更新观念，努力提高教学质量，争取做到更好。
