中国人的饮茶习俗

中国是茶的故乡，茶是中国的国饮。中国人最懂茶趣，也最讲究饮茶艺术。

在中国大部分地区，沿袭明清传统，以清饮雅赏的冲泡茶为主。但各地区所好仍有不同。一般说，北方(包括华北、东北与四川等地区)，喜欢喝花茶；南方，尤其是江浙皖等地喜欢喝绿茶；东南沿海则喜欢乌龙茶。有趣的是，湖南人喝茶，不仅饮其汁而且连茶叶一并咀嚼吞服。

如果再加上各地特殊嗜好，少数民族的异风奇俗，那么，中国的饮茶方式，可说是繁花似锦了。198

Chinese Customs of Drinking Tea

China is the hometown of tea and tea is the national drink in China. The Chinese are the best to know about the tea fun and the most to pay attention to the arts of drinking tea.

In most of China, following the traditions of Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty（1636-1911），people give priorities to the disposable tea whose features are light flavors and elegant admirations.But people in different regions have different favorites. Generally speaking, people in the north part(including North China, the northeast, Sichuan Province, etc) like scented tea while those in the south especially Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Anhui Province appreciate green tea. So differ from people along the southeast coast who prefer oolong tea. It is very interesting that people in Hunan Province not only drink tea water but also chew and swallow the tea-leaves.

If adding the special hobbies in different areas as well as the exotic customs from ethnic minorities, Chinese ways of drinking tea are various as the flowers blooming like a piece of brocade.
