2.老师之间相互要多交流、多分享教学经历
每个初中学校,老师每周应该都进行一次相互交流的机会,或者可以建立一个老师之间相互交流的微信群和QQ群,这样也更方便大家之间的相互交流,利用互联网的优点提高教学质量,同时也可以保护学生的隐私,同一个班级的老师也可以对本班级学生的了解程度更高,从而更好地帮助学生。老师之间也不再独享,共同分享大家之间的教学心得,新人就可以利用前人的经历提醒自己,遇到同类事情应该怎么处理,这也可以增进老师之间的情感,让学校的氛围更加和谐友善,亲情化。
3.老师要时常对自己的反思教学方案进行自省
老师要对自己的每一次教学方案多加思考,查漏补缺,树立自己的教学目标。古人曾经说:学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。这句话不仅适合于学生,老师也要做到,只有有了思考,你才会明白自己的目标,才会为此付出努力。比如,每节课后,老师要留有自己的时间进行总结,开课前几分钟要对上节课进行简单回顾,这样不仅可以调动学生对上节课内容的回忆思考,同时也能集中大家的注意力,这样上课不至于让学生感到茫然。而英语的学习不外乎就是语法、单词、词组、句子的分析等,首先要从最基本的单词、语法进行学习,扎实学生的基本功。只有基本功过硬,学生学起来才会更有信心。老师也可以用习题检测学生对知识的掌握程度,对此就可以了解学生的学习效果,学生没学好的该怎么改进,学好的该怎么加强。针对此情况改善自己的教学方案,或者适当改进自己的教学进度。
