我国经济的快速发展带来了房地产行业的繁荣，中国房地产行业实现了高速和规模化扩张，柳州市也不例外。柳州地处西南，房地产业发展步较晚，房地产价格也偏低、市场价值也认识不够。然而随着柳州市经济、社会的不断发展，柳州市的房地产业在近期也得到了快速发展。房地产价格不断攀升，对柳州市的经济发展也起到了一定的拉动作用。但是它当前是否能适应柳州市经济、社会的发展需要，充分利用其自身的优势，充分发挥城市价值，完善和优化房地产市场，调整房地产结构，做到理性协调稳定地发展为本市的经济和社会的发展做出更大的贡献，这也将是本文需究的原因所在。
