浅谈家族企业管理
[摘要] 目前我国的私营企业,普遍采用家庭家族拥有的形式,在企业内部的管理上广泛存在着家族制管理。可以预料,家族企业将越来越多,其活动会日益成为我国的一个重要经济现象。家族企业,无论在国内,还是国外,都是本国经济的重要组成部分。但是,与国外上百年的家族企业相比,以家族企业为主的中国民营企业寿命普遍不长。业内人士分析,中国民营企业寿命偏短的原因与市场竞争的冲击有关,但最重要的原因还是公司内部治理存在问题。本文阐述了家族企业的传承现状,由于缺乏完善的继任管理机制和程序,家族企业的传承问题显得尤为棘手。传承问题涉及家族企业各个方面的内容,影响企业的正常发展乃至生死存亡,不得不让我们深思其解决之道。故以浙江家族企业为例,从实践和理论的角度对家族企业的传承之路进行了深入探讨,分析了现今社会上最普遍的两种传承模式,子承父业式和引进职业经理人,并分析了它们各自的成因及不足点。通过对传承过程中可能出现的风险,借鉴国外家族企业成功传承的经验,从家族企业继任模式、接班人选拔制度、企业文化构建等方面入手综合地提出了几个建议,望能使家族企业的继任管理逐步向制度化创新化发展,实现企业的正常健康发展。

[Abstract]The private enterprise in China at present, the widespread use of the family in the form of family owned enterprise internal management, widely exist fam trad management. As can be expected, the family enterprise will be increasing, its activities in China will become one of the important economic phenomenon. Family businesses, whether at home, or abroad, are an important part of the national economy. But, with foreign hundreds of years of family enterprises in family businesses, compared to the private enterprises in China mainly generally not long service life. Analysis of the personage inside course of Chinese private enterprise life, the reason of short and wide market competition, but about the impact of the most important reason or the internal management problems. This paper expounds the present situation of family enterprises, and because of the lack of perfect inheriting the succession management mechanism and procedures, family enterprise inheritance question seems particularly tricky. Inheritance issue involves the family enterprise all aspects of content and affect the enterprise normal development and survival, have to let our pondering its solution. So in zhejiang family enterprise, for example, from the Angle of practice and theory of inheriting road of family enterprises is discussed deeply analyzed the modern society, two of the most prevalent Inheritance model, introduced steps without other alternative options type and professional managers, and analyzes their respective causes and insufficient points. Through inheritance process of possible risks, foreign family enterprise success from the experience, inheriting the family enterprise succession mode, successor selection system, enterprise culture construction in such aspects as put forward several proposals comprehensive, hope can make family enterprise succession management gradually to the institutionalization of development, innovation enterprise to realize the normal healthy development.
