桂南地区铁线莲品种观赏性状综合评价①

Abstract In order to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the ornamental characteristics of Clematis florida Thunb and discuss on methods for rapid varietal selection of C. florida Thunb, 11 varieties of C. florida Thunb were used for comprehensive assessment of 11 ornamental traits through analytic hierarchy process, based on which an evaluation system was developed by using K-Means cluster analysis. The results showed that the discoloring degree of flowers had the greatest influence on the ornamental traits of C. florida Thunb with a weight of 0.3376. The size of flower diameter is the second with a weight of 0.1773; flower pattern was the third in influencing the ornamental quality of C. florida Thunb, with a weight of 0.1211; high temperature, humidity and disease resistance were the fourth in affecting the ornamental traits of C. florida Thunb, with a weight of 0.0860. Cluster analysis of the 11 varieties of C. florida Thunb showed that there were 5 superior varieties (accounting for 45.45%), 4 good varieties (36.36%), and 2 inferior varieties (18.18%). This evaluation system was consistent with the actual production situation and could be applied to the selection, evaluation and classification of C. florida Thunb varieties. Among them, varieties 'Baltyk', 'Gizela', 'Kardynal', 'Emest Markham' and 'Rouge Cardinal' were superior, which can be directly applied in the production in the south of Guangxi.
