过氧化氢与硫酸铜组合强化处理高藻景观水效果研究*

摘要:以深圳市发生水华的某景观湖水为研究对象,研究过氧化氢(H

2O

2

)与硫酸铜(以Cu2+计)组合投加对水样

藻类生物量的控制效果及对水样溶解氧、pH、浊度的影响。结果表明:组合投药能显著抑制藻类生长,在处理第7天,组合投药A组(20mg/L H2O2+0.2mg/L Cu2+)、B组(10mg/L H2O2+0.4mg/L Cu2+)、C组(5mg/L H2O2+ 0.8mg/L Cu2+)的Chl a浓度分别降至对照组的58%、30%、18%。投加过氧化氢有助于增强硫酸铜的抑藻效果,A组Chl a浓度在第1天降至49μg/L,显著低于单独投加0.2mg/L Cu2+的处理组(81μg/L)。投加过氧化氢有助于降低Cu2+投加量,B组抑藻效果与单独投加0.6mg/L Cu2+处理组第7天数值相同。组合投药使水样溶解氧、pH 值、浊度均显著变化,第7天时,溶解氧由17.5mg/L降至8.7 13.3mg/L,pH值由10.0降至8.5 9.2,浊度由200NTU降至84 94NTU。

Abstract:The effects of hydrogen peroxide(H

)and copper sulfate(Cu2+)on suppressing algal biomass of the water

samples taken from a landscape lake at Shenzhen with algal bloom as well as the variations of dissolved oxygen(DO),pH and

turbidity of the water samples were investigated.The results show that combined adding H

2O

2

and Cu2+significantly

suppressed algal biomass.The Chl a concentrations of group A(adding20mg/L H

2O

2

+0.2mg/L Cu2+),group B(adding

10mg/L H

2O

2

+0.4mg/L Cu2+)and group C(adding5mg/L H

2

O

2

+0.8mg/L Cu2+)were reduced to58%,30%and

18%of the control level on the7th day after the addition of H

and Cu2+.The results indicated that adding H

2

remarkably enhanced the suppression effects of Cu2+on algal biomass as the Chl a concentration of group A on the1st day was rapidly reduced to49μg/L,much lower than that of just adding0.2mg/L Cu2+(81μg/L).The Chl a concentration of

group B on the7th day was the same as that of just adding0.6mg/L Cu2+,suggesting the addition of H

2O

2

may reduce the

Cu2+dose required for algal biomass suppression.The addition of H

2O

2

and Cu2+led to significant variations in pH(from the

control level10.0to8.5 9.2on the7th day),turbidity(from the control level200NTU to84 94NTU on the7th day)and DO(from the control level17.5mg/L to8.7 13.3mg/L on the7th day).
