（三）调整课堂活动的组织形式
在课堂教学中教师经常采用个体活动、配对活 动、小组活动和全班活动等。但是“个体活动”由 于是以独立个体形式进行的，难以做到合作与共享； “配对活动”的参与者往往只有两人之间，往往缺 少足够的共享的资源；“全班活动”会相对降低学 生的参与效率和效果；相对而言“小组活动”能比 较合理地解决前面三种活动中存在的问题。所以在 课堂活动过程中要更多地、充分地发挥小组活动的 作用。
1．走出应试教学的误区 2．掌握正确的课堂互动模式和互动原则 3 ．设计恰当的活动情景，发挥学生创造性， 并体验创造。 4 ．在开展互动中，教师要把握好自己的角色。
（二）提高学生的口语表达能力
1、提高学生说英语的兴趣，让每一个学生敢说
2、加强学生语言基本素质训练。 3 、增强学生的快速说话能力，加快他们的语 速，争取更多时间、更快节奏以提高口语的效率， 从而保证课堂互动活动的时间。 4、拓宽学生的知识面使得他们有话可说。

随着英语新课程标准的推行和实施 以及英语教学改革的深入，英语课堂教 学逐步从以教师为中心，转向以学生为 中心。课堂互动的教学理念已被越来越 多的英语教师所重视和接受，然而在近 几年的实践中，我们也发现了影响和制 约课堂互动的诸多因素。
一、英语课堂中互动困难的 原因分析和探讨

（四）促进英语课堂有效互动的一些建议 1 、教师不要总戴着一种教师的“面具”，要 尽可能真诚地对待学生、在教学过程中表现出对学 生真正的尊重，多从学生的角度考虑教学问题。
2 、鼓励班级形成友好、轻松的学习氛围。只 有师生、生生之间形成信任、积极和鼓励的人际关 系，才有可能促进班级中有效的互动。
