言
火炬装置是化工厂的最后一道安全屏障。虽然其技术含量、投资远远低于工 艺装置,但是,其单位投资所占土地面积最大。而且,火炬装置的平面布置,往 往影响整个工厂的总平面布置。火炬装置的重要性,也是不可否认的。 火炬装置的设计,已经有相应的规范、规定、设计手册、参考资料。火炬装 置生产及其配套厂家,初步统计也有 38 家。 但是,关于排放气的低发热值低于 8373.6kJ/m3(2000kcal/m3)的火炬装置 设 计 , 所 见 资 料 不 多 。 本 讲 义 主 要 讲 排 放 气 的 低 发 热 值 低 于 8373.6kJ/m3 (2000kcal/m3)的火炬装置设计,兼顾低发热值大于 8373.6kJ/m3(2000kcal/m3) 的火炬装置设计。 由于本人水平有限、接触的案例也不是很多,在此,仅仅起到抛砖引玉的作 用。不对之处,请大家指教! 谢谢大家!
