E-mail :wj200898r@126.com 摘要:对丁烯氟虫腈在土壤中的吸附动力学和等温吸附—解吸特性进行了研究。采用平衡振荡法和气相

色谱—质谱法测定了丁烯氟虫腈在5种土壤中的吸附—解吸行为,

并运用数学模型对其在土壤中吸附—解吸特性及迁移性能进行分析。研究结果表明丁烯氟虫腈在5种土壤中的等温吸附—解吸曲线符合Freundli-ch 模型,其吸附以物理作用为主,吸附常数1/n ads 在0.4539 0.4868,解吸常数1/n des 在0.4220 0.4623;其滞后系数(HI )在0.8958 0.9497,解吸行为不存在明显的滞后现象。此外,吸附常数1/n ads 与解吸常数1/n des 与土壤中有机质含量没有显著正相关,滞后系数HI 与有机质含量略呈负相关。进一步研究表明,丁烯氟虫腈在供试的5种土壤中具有极低的移动性,在正常的使用过程中基本不会对地表水或地下水造成风险。关键词:丁烯氟虫腈;吸附—解吸;Freundlich 模型;迟滞现象中图分类号:X 53

Abstract :The adsorption-desorption experiments of butylene fipronil in soils were conducted by the batch equilibra-tion and GC-MS techniques ,furthermore ,data were analyzed with mathematic models to describe the characteristics and mechanism of adsorption-desorption and the shift of butylene fipronil in soils.The results showed that the adsorp-tion-desorption isotherms of butylene fipronil was fitted for Freundlich model well ,and the physical reaction played the main role in adsorption-desorption process.The adsorption values (1/n ads )of butylene fipronil in 5types of soils ranged from 0.4539-0.4868and the desorption values (1/n des )ranged from 0.4220-0.4623.The results of de-sorption indicated that there was no obvious hysteresis phenomena appeared during the desorption process ,and the hysteresis index (HI )of the butylene fipronil in 5soils studied varied from 0.8958-0.9497.Furthermore ,there was not a positive correlation between the adsorption values (1/n ads )and the desorption values (1/n des )of butylene fipronil and organic materials in soils ,average hysteresis index (HI )decreased with increasing organic materials content slightly.The mobility of butylene fipronil in 5types of tested soils was very low ,and there was no risk to sur-face water and underground water during routine use.
