１．原级比较：as…as… , not as… as… , not so… as…,倍数＋as…as…
李利和杰克一样高．Lily is as tall as Jack. 她跑的和她哥哥一样快．He runs as fast as his brother. 这座桥的长是那座桥的三倍． This bridge is three times as long as that one.
Tom is taller than any girl in his class.
*比较级时，由of结构表示比较范围，比较级前需加 the
The girl is the shorter of the two. Of the two books, this one is the cheaper. *比较级的其他用法： 1.比较级＋and＋Hale Waihona Puke Baidu较级 表示越来越．．． His English is better and better every day. Now, it is colder and colder. Our city is becoming more and more beautiful.
比较级前可用much, far, a lot, a little, even, still, a bit, rather, many及 倍数或度量单位来修饰 The weather today is much colder than that of yesterday. He got to school three minutes earlier than Mary. There are many more people in this supermarket than in that one.
*比较必须对等 The weather in Shanghai is better than Beijn. The weather in Shanghai is better than that in Beijin.
Jane’s skirt is more beautiful than Mary. Jane’s skirt is more beautiful than Mary’s.
*比较级中第二次出现的单数和不可数名词用 that, 复数用those
* 比较时要把自身排除在外 杰克比班里别的学生要高． 1.Jack is taller than any student in his class. 2. Jack is taller than any other student in his class. 汤姆比班里的男孩要高． Tom is taller than any other boy in his class. 汤姆比班里的女孩要高．
2.the +比较级．．．，the +比较级．．．表示 越．．．就越．．．
The more, the better. The faster you run, the more tired you will be. The harder you study, the better you will be.
*不如的表达方法； less… than 用法相同
＊最高级的用法 形式和比较级的形式雷同
１．the +最高级＋范围 He is the tallest in our class. Shanghai is the largest city in China. Jim studies (the) hardest of the three. 2. the+ 序数词＋最高级 Yellow River is the second longest river in China.
