1. 记忆力的重要性 在口译训练中,最基本、最重要的是记忆力训练,包括脑记和笔记。这是由口 译的特点决定的。在口译的过程中,要边听、边分析、边整理,之后只有2—3 秒的 时间来整理思路,接着就做出表达。那么,超人的记忆力就是必备的了。其中脑记 是最重要的,尤其在日常陪同和接待翻译中。
2. 记忆力训练的技巧和方法 记忆力训练的方法之一是复述(repeat/retell),包括源语复述和译入语复述。同 时,在听的过程中注意抓大意和提纲挈领的关键词句,多留意整个段落的条理关系, 比如时间顺序、空间顺序和逻辑关系等;另一种训练方法是跟叙,或者影子跟读 (shadowing),即落后于源语几个单词(short span)或一两个句子(long span)进行跟读。 既可以训练记忆力,又可以训练分散记忆力,为口译打下基础。这样,记 忆力就可以通过有系统、有目的的训练得到提高。 3. 记忆力训练 记忆力训练要遵循从小到大,从简单到复杂的顺序。首先要训练对单词和短语 的快速反应能力,从而对源语和译入语之间的转换形成自动化反应(automatic response)。句子的训练则是第二步,主要是培养口译员对句子的理解和重组能力。 段落和篇章的训练是在前两步训练基础上的提升,听的重点应放在段落的条 理和逻辑关系方面。 本课的训练重点放在第一步,也就是对单词和短语的源语反应能力和译入语反 应能力的训练,同时对句子也做简单的热身练习,以便为其他更高级别的训练做准 备。

接待外宾要精通英汉双语作介绍的表达方法,事先了解宾主双方人员的姓 名、职务和职称的准确表达。在介绍他人时,通常先把地位较低者介绍给地位 较高者,把客人介绍给主人。
