摘要

高速列车在全世界各地急速奔驰,国内目前动车组最高运行速度已达到350 km/h。转向架是机车车辆最重要的组成部件之一,转向架主要由轮对、轴箱、一系悬挂、构架、二系悬挂和基础制动装置等部分组成。转向架直接承载车体重量,保证车辆顺利通过曲线。同时,转向架的各种参数也直接决定了车辆的稳定性和车辆的乘坐舒适性。改革开放以来,我国的客车转向架技术逐渐成熟,随着铁道客车的速度不断提高,高速客车转向架的设计已经成为一种趋势。本文主要设计的是CRH2C型动车组非动力转向架轴箱弹簧装置,它能有效的减少因线路不平顺和轮对运动对车体的各种动态影响(如垂向振动、横向振动等)。其中包括了对轴箱、轴箱定位方式、轴箱弹簧等的结构分析与设计。轴箱弹簧应具有良好的垂向、横向和纵向动态性能。在改善车辆结构平稳性和保持车辆曲线运行稳定性的同时,在轴箱悬挂中还兼有轮对导向作用,防止了高速运行时的不稳定。通过对钢弹簧的材料、结构分析及特性计算,本文选用了钢弹簧作为CRH2C型动车组的轴箱弹簧。本文还分析了轴箱弹簧断裂原因,并提出预防措施。针对轴箱弹簧对车辆动力学性能的影响,选取轴箱弹簧纵向刚度为10MN/m左右,横向刚度为7MN/m左右。

ABSTRACT

High-speed trains run rapidly around the world, and the current maximum operating speed of the EMU has reached up to 350 km / h. The bogie which main task is bearer, traction, cushioning, steering and brake, is one of the most important component of the rolling stock. The bogie is made of the wheel, axle box, a suspension, architecture, secondary suspension and the foundation brake devices. The bogie directly bears the weight of the vehicle, ensuring that the vehicle can pass the curve smoothly. At the same time, the various parameters of the bogie can directly determine the stability and the comfort of the vehicle. Since the reform and opening up, China's passenger car bogie technology is developing faster and faster, and with the continuous increasing of the speed of railway passenger cars, a high speed passenger car bogie design has become a trend.

In this paper, the author mainly designed the non-power bogie axle box spring device of the CRH2C EMU. It can effectively reduce a variety of dynamic effects (such as vertical vibration and horizontal vibration, etc.) exercise on the body, caused by the uneven lines and wheel movement, including structural analysis and design of the axle box, axle box positioning mode and the box spring. The box spring should have a good vertical, horizontal and vertical dynamic performance. The axle box suspension can also take effect as wheel-oriented when improving the structure of a vehicle steady and maintain the stability of the vehicle curve which can prevent instability in the high-speed operation. By analyzing the spring material, structural and characteristic calculation, the paper selected the steel spring as CRH2C EMU box spring .The paper analyses the reason that cause the axle box spring fracture ,and put forward the prevention measures. Selecting the longitudinal stiffness of axle box spring for about 10MN/m and lateral rigidity for about 7MN/m for the axle box spring influence on dynamic performance of railway vehicles.
