水性无机耐高温涂料的研制及其性能研究

摘要
耐高温涂料的主要任务是对高温环境下的材料进行表面防护。在对国内外耐高温涂料进行广泛调研的基础上,本论文采用几种常见的无机材料,例如石英粉、氧化铝短纤维等为填料,以钠水玻
璃为主要成膜物质,研制出新型具有环保意义的水性无机耐高温涂料。
通过正交试验优化配方,并考察了涂料组分如氧化铝短纤维等组分因素对涂层性能的影响,最
终确定最佳配方,固体中各组分的含量分别为:高岭土45.5%、石英粉31.8%、铁红13.6%、氧化铝短纤维4.6%、填料A 4.6%:固液比l:1;液相为97.7%钠水玻璃和少量助剂。考察同化工艺对涂层耐高温性能的影响。对涂装在金属和非金属试样表面的涂层进行检测,测试了多项性能,如耐高温性、
抗剪性、热震性、耐盐水性等,并与进口涂料和国产涂料进行比较。结果表明:自制涂料总体性能
优于国产涂料,部分性能等同或优于进口涂料。初步探讨了涂料的耐高温机理及失效机理。钠水玻
璃经固化后形成三维网状膜,具有优异的耐高温性能,氧化铝短纤维的加入承担部分应力,阻滞裂
纹扩展,可减缓涂层高温下失效。

Protecting substrates,exposed to
high temperature
environments from hot erosion is the most
important
task of the
high-
temperature resistant
coating.On the
basis of
reviewing
the
updated
of those
coatings,normal inorganic materials,such
as
silica
power and alumina short fibers are
used as fillers and sodium soluble glass as the main membrane former.A coating of
environment friendship is aimed to develop.
Orthogonai design Was used to
optimize
the
coating formulation,and the
effect ofthe
conponents Oil
the properties of
the coating,such as alumina short fiber and kaolin were studied.The optimized
formulation was then
got:the respective solid content ofkaolin
clay,silica powder,red
iron oxide,alumina
shortfiberandfillerAWas45.5%、31.8%、13.6%、4.6%and4.60/o respectively,andthe ratiobetween solid
and liquid Was l:1.A few
ofliquid auxiliaries of sodium soluble glass
were
added.111e effect ofcuring technology Was
also studied.The self-made coating was
painted
on
sheets
ofmetal
or
nonetai
as samples
to
prepare tests such
as high-temperature resistance,shear resistance,thermal shock,salt tolerance and SO On.
Results show that the self-made
coating
performs more excellently than the domestic coating,while some
properties of it ale
equal
or
better than that of the import coating.The mechanism of high-temperature
resistance Ware also discussed.Three-dimentional netted membrane was
formed when sodium soluble
glass condensed.It had excellent
high temperature resistance.The failure Was delayed by the
alumina short
fiber which beared
