波形钢腹板连续刚构桥极限跨度研究

摘要:针对现有波形钢腹板连续刚构桥跨度偏小的情况,分析影响该类桥梁极限跨度的主 要因素,并提出解决限制其跨度增长的关键问题的相应技术措施。分析表明:波形钢腹板的整体稳 定性、箱梁的扭转及畸变会极大地限制波形钢腹板箱梁桥的跨度,其最大跨度应该能够达到甚至超 过混凝土腹板箱梁桥的跨度。对于30 m m厚的1600型波形钢腹板,当钢腹板整体屈曲失稳分别 发生在屈服区和非弹性区时,波形钢腹板箱梁连续刚构桥的最大跨度可分别达到162 m和238 m;
增大波高或采用复合波形钢腹板时,该类桥梁的跨度能超过300 m。当波形钢腹板箱梁桥的跨度 超过160 m时,可以考虑采用复合波形钢腹板;当跨度超过230 m时,应该采用复合波形钢腹板。
设置适当数量的横隔板可以提高波形钢腹板箱梁的抗扭转及抗畸变能力,可采用钢桁架等轻型横 隔板以减轻其自重。

Study of Ultimate Spans of Continuous Rigid-
Frame Bridges with Corrugated Steel Webs

Abstract:In view of the fact that the spans of the existing continuous rigid-fram e bridges w ith corrugated steel webs are a bit sh ort, the m ajor factors that m ight have influences on the ultim ate spans of the bridges are analyzed and the corresponding technical m easures that can provide solution to the critical problem s that restrict the increase of the spans are proposed. T he results of the analysis suggest that the facto rs, such as the global stability of the corrugated steel webs and the torsion and distortion of the box girders of the rigid-fram e bridges, can greatly restrict the spans of the bridges and the longest spans of the bridges should be able to reach or even exceed those of the concrete web box girder bridges. For the type 1600 corrugated steel webs of 30 mm thickness, w hen the global buckling instability of the webs occurs respectively in the yielding and non-elastic zones, the longest spans of the bridges can respectively reach 162 m and 238 m. W hen the corrugation height is increased or the com posite corrugated steel webs are utilized, the spans can be even longer than 300 m. W hen the spans of the bridges are longer than 160 m, the utilization of the com posite corrugated steel webs can be considered. W hen the spans are longer than 230 m, the webs should be utilized. T he arrangem ent of the appropriate am ounts of the diaphragm s in the box girders can improve the torsion and distortion resistance capacity of the girders and the utilization of the lightw eight diaphragm s like the steel trusses can reduce the dead w eight of the girders.
