本文的研究结论:根据企业文化的建设现状,结合行业发展和H公司所处的发展阶 段。本文认为,H公司在企业文化建设方面存在核心激励凝聚功能减弱、文化建设滞后 于文化发展的需求、文化变革存在阻力和障碍、文化建设缺乏有效手段这四个主要问题 和挑战。经过成因分析,提出应该从加深企业对文化动态演化的认识、增加人文关怀、 源自文库化创建者因素、健全激励体系、进行科学客观的文化测评、加强企业文化建设管理、 转变沟通机制、全员参与文化建设等方面进行改进提升。进而提升企业文化建设的水平, 增强自身的核心竞争力。

THE RESEARCH ON THE PRESENT SITUATION, PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF H COMPANY
ENTERPRISE’S CULTURAL CONSTRUCTION
ABSTRACT
With the rapid growth of economy in our country, Special environment lighting industry also developed rapidly, and it becomes our countries’ manufacturing advantaged industry. After the accession to the WTO, special lighting industry faces high competition from domestic and international market environment after years of rapid development, however, it is the key to improve itself as enterprise culture of soft power, so as to realize the sustainable development and promote competitive strength.
This paper is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter introduces the background of writing, the status of research trends at home and abroad, ideas, methods and innovation. The second chapter explains the concept of corporate culture and relative theories. The third chapter focuses on the overall description of the company’s general situation ,the development of enterprise’s Memorabilia, Organizational structure, human resource allocation, and carries on the overall description of industry development. The fourth chapter analyzes the core concept of enterprise culture, the status of the implementation, and the embodiment of culture. The Chapter five analyzes the cultural characteristics from the elements and structure, and then puts forward the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction. The Chapter six analyzes the reasons of the raised problems, and finds the main influencing factors. The Chapter seven proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
本文以 H 公司企业文化建设为研究对象。主要研究在特殊环境照明行业这一细分领 域里的处于领先地位的企业的文化建设的现状,存在的问题和挑战,剖析这些问题产生 的原因,尤其是对企业文化演化的认识不足、企业创始人对文化变革的造成阻碍和人员 结构发生重大变化等因素。最后提出促进企业文化建设的对策和建议,希望能对我国同 类企业完善企业文化建设有所帮助。

This article narrows the scope of the study to H Company. The main research includes the current situation, existing problems and challenges of the cultural construction of enterprise which is in a leading position in this segments of special environment illumination, and then it analyzes the causes of these problems, especially the lack of awareness of cultural revolution, the founders get in the way of cultural change and the major changes in personnel structure and other factors. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the enterprise culture construction, and hopes to be helpful for the similar enterprisesto perfect cultural construction in China..

H 公司企业文化建设现状、问题与对策研究
摘要
伴随着我国经济的快速增长,特殊环境照明行业也迅速发展起来,成为我国制造业 的优势行业。经过加入 WTO 后多年的快速发展,特殊环境照明行业面临国内国际市场 的竞争,如何实现可持续发展,增强竞争实力,关键在于提升自身在企业文化等方面的 软实力。
本论文一共分八章:第一章介绍了写作背景、国内外研究动态现状、研究思路和方 法,创新点。第二章阐述了企业文化概念及相关理论。第三章主要对公司的概况,企业 发展大事记,组织结构和人力资源配置,企业文化实施情况,存在的问题等企业文化建 设现状进行了总体描述。第四章对H公司企业文化的基本内容进行了归纳和分析。第五 针对H公司企业文化建设提出的问题进行成因分析,找出主要的影响因素。第六章提出 解决问题的对策和建议。
construction falls behind the cultural development requirements resistance and obstacles exist in cultural change, cultural construction lacks effective means. After analyzing the cause, the paper puts forward that H Company should improve and enhance from deepening the understanding of the dynamic evolution of the culture, enhance humanistic care, dilute creator factor and improve the incentive system, make scientific and objective evaluation of culture, strengthen the construction of enterprise culture management, shift the communication mechanism, and improve participation and cultural construction, so as to raise the level of the enterprise cultural construction, enhance their core competitiveness.
