Regulations of Container Vessels

Berthing and Operations of DP World Yantai Co., Ltd

1、新航线开航前，船公司请将船舶规范等航线详情书面通知码头，双方根

据码头泊位窗口情况确定船舶作业时间。

Carriers should provide liner details including vessel particulars etc to terminals in written before new route starts.

Standard vessel operations will be arranged in accordance with

situation of berthing windows of terminals after discussion of

both parties.

2、船公司请提前一周向码头提供下月份的船期表。

Carriers should provide monthly vessel schedules one week earlier to terminals before the month starts.

3、如果现有航线船期有变动，如：停班、甩挂、航线调整等，船公司请至

少提前一周通知码头公司。

Carriers should notify the terminals at least one week ahead incase there are any changes of current vessel schedules, including but

not limited to, service canceled, port omitted, route adjusted，

vessel changed etc.

4、船公司请提前24小时提供船期到港预报，包括：船名、航次、进口箱量、

出口预计箱量等。

Carriers should provide vessel ETA ( Estimated Time of Arrival ) which includes, but not limited to, vessel name, voyage, import

container volume, export container forecast volume etc, at least

24 hours before vessel ETA.

5、船公司请提前12小时提供船期确报，包括：船名、航次、进口箱量、出

口箱量；进口舱单、船图；进口危险品清单、危险品申报单、冷冻箱清

单、特殊作业申请等。

Carriers should provide more accurate vessel ETA which includes but not limited to, vessel name, voyage, import container volume,

export container volume; Import manifest, stowage / bay plans;

Import list of dangerous cargoes, declaration list of dangerous cargoes, reefer list, application of handling special cargoes etc, at least 12 hours before vessel ETA.

6、船公司请提前6小时提供有效的装船清单、特殊箱清单、危险品清单和

申报单；海关放行信息；出口船舶预配及其他配载要求。

Carriers should provide effective loading list, special cargo list, dangerous cargo / declaration lists; Customs clearance information; Pre-loading-plan of export vessels and other vessel stowage requirements etc, 6 hours before vessel ETA.

7、上述4、5、6条所提到的信息请以EDI及纸面两种形式提供。

Carriers should provide information of above mentioned items 4,5,6 by means of both EDI and hard copies.

8、船公司请积极协调船方、引水员配合码头作业，以保证船舶及时、安全

地靠离港。

Carriers should proactively coordinate both vessel crew and pilots, to cooperate terminal operations, in order for the vessels to berth / depart terminals on time, safely.

9、船公司出口货物请在船舶靠泊6小时前集港完毕。

All export cargoes of carriers should gate into the terminals 6 hours before vessel ETA.

10、在港船舶应按离港计划准时开船，不要停靠在码头等货或其它。

Vessels at berths should depart on time in accordance with planned Vessel ETD （ Estimated Time of Departure ）. Vessels should not stay at berth to wait for late gate cargoes, etc.
