物进行对比，现将这些已有文献报道的吲哚生物碱 及它们存在的物种归类见下表 1（ 由于国际上对云 南钩藤是否该归并于华钩藤仍然存在争议 ， ［1，2，6，7］ 本文现将 归 属 于 云 南 钩 藤 的 化 合 物 1、21、30、70、 72、88、99 归并于华钩藤（ S29 ） 种，具体细分还有待 进一步研究，在表 1 中以“▲”表示） 。

茜草 科 钩 藤 属［1］ 植 物 广 泛 分 布 于 东 南 亚、非 洲、南美洲等热带地区，全世界有 34 种［2］，虽然文 献［3］提到全世界约有 70 种，但未见资料来源。我国 原产钩藤属植物共 14 种（ 包括台湾 1 种） ［2］，主要 分布在我国广西、云南、广东、四川、贵州等地。钩藤 中所含主要化学成分有吲哚生物碱类、三萜类、黄酮 类、香豆素 类、喹 喏 酸 皂 苷 类、酚 类 及 有 机 酸 等［4］。 本文针对钩藤属植物中已经发现的 105 个吲哚类生 物碱成分就其植物来源、骨架结构、波谱特征和药理 作用进行综述。希望为药理学、天然药物化学、中药 化学等领域的研究提供参考，促进从该属植物中发 现新化合物、研究其生源关系、构效关系以及进行新 药研发。
