磨料流加工假塑性流体FLUENT软件数值模拟光整加工论文基于有限元方法的磨料流加工数值模拟研究

【摘要】磨料流加工技术,又称挤压珩磨,它主要是在一定压力的作

用下,强迫承载有磨粒的粘弹性高分子载体流过被加工零件的表面,

使其内部包含的磨粒在被加工零件的表面产生滑动作用,进而利用磨

粒的刮削作用来去除工件表面微观不平材料的一种工艺方法。应用磨

料流加工技术能很好的对较复杂的表面和型腔以及工件较隐蔽的部

位,如微孔、窄缝、交叉孔等进行抛光、去毛刺等加工,而且加工效率

高,加工质量好,可加工的材料范围广。因此该项技术已经被人们广泛

应用到各种行业领域中。但是,由于影响其加工效果的因素较多,对其

加工机理的研究变得非常困难。目前对磨料流加工技术的研究还主要

依靠实验手段来完成。要建立和完善磨料流加工机理理论和弄清不同

因素对磨料流加工效果的影响等问题,必须通过大量实验,然后在实

验数据的基础上进行总结和对比,这就延长了研究周期,而且实验有

时还受客观条件的限制缺乏可操作性。然而近年来由于流体动力学及

相关数值模拟软件的发展,使得人们在计算机上就可以实现对各种流

体流动的分析,而且因其不受物理和实验条件的限制,所以现在人们

更多的来借助于计算机完成对流体流动分析,不仅省钱省时,而且其
