界面聚合制备壳聚糖和均苯三甲酰氯复合纳滤膜

摘要:以低分子量有机物脱盐为目标,实验以壳聚糖(CS)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为反应单体,通过界面聚合反应在

聚砜(PSF)/聚醚砜(PES)共混超滤膜上形成复合层制备纳滤膜。SEM扫描结果表明,该界面聚合反应可以在基膜的表面

形成致密选择层;而红外检测结果表明该反应主要是CS分子上的-NH2与TMC分子上的酰氯基发生了酰化反应。实

验结果表明:CS在醋酸水溶液中质量分数增大,TMC在正己烷中质量分数增大,界面聚合时间增长和热处理温度增

高,都会导致膜的通量降低,同时膜对有机物和电解质的截留率增大。实验优化的界面聚合工艺条件为: CS 0.5%(wt);

TMC 0.2%(wt);CS溶液浸没基膜10 min后与TMC溶液进行界面聚合反应2 min,在70℃下热处理10 min后浸泡在

0.2%SDS溶液中2 h后晾干。在优化条件下,膜对PEG2000的截留率可达到92%,对NaCl、MgCl2、MgSO4和Na2SO4

的截留率分别为7.8%、19.4%、23%和32.8%,该膜对于低分子量有机物与电解质的分离可能会有较好的结果。

The Preparation of Composite NF Membrane by the Interfacial Polymerization

between Chitosan and Trimesoyl Chloride

Abstract: In order to realize efficient desalinization of low molecular weight organics, a composite NF membrane was prepared by the interfacial polymerization (IP) between chitosan (CS) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) on the surface of PSF/PES blend membrane. The SEM micrographs show that the IP reaction can form a compact selective layer on the surface of the basement membrane, and the FT-IR spectra reveal that the above reaction results from acylation reactions between the –NH2 of CS and acid chloride group of TMC. As to the prepared composite NF membrane, with increasing the CS or TMC concentration, the IP time and the heat treatment temperature, its water flux reduces and its retentions of both organics and salts increase. The optimized IP technologic conditions were found as follows: the basement membrane after being immersed in 0.5%(wt) CS solution for 10 min was interfacial polymerized with 0.2%(wt) TMC for 2 min, and then the heat treatment was conducted for 10 min at 70℃ followed by soaking in 0.2%(wt) SDS solution for 2 h. Using above optimized technologic conditions, the prepared composite NF membrane shows that its retention of polyethyleneglycol2000 is 92%, while its retentions of NaCl 、MgCl2、MgSO4 and Na2SO4 are 7.8% 、19.4% 、23% and 32.8%, respectively. It indicates that this composite NF membrane can be used to separate the salts from the low molecular weight organics efficiently.
