摘要

传统手工艺品在我国民问具有悠久的历史，它以精湛的技艺、丰富的门类及传世佳作发展至今，是中华民族文化艺术殿堂的瑰宝。但是随着时代的发展，传统手工艺品的传承和发展面临着许多困境，解决手工艺品实物的流失及手工技艺的失传问题是非物质文化遗产保护工作的重要内容。西兰卡普是土家族一种原始而古老的织锦工艺技艺，它即集中体现了中国少数民族织锦工艺体系的基本特征，又具有其鲜明的个性特点。在文化变迁的背景下，西兰卡普织锦的传承和发展面临着时代的考验。本文在介绍土家族西兰卡普的基础上，对传统手工艺文化遗产的传承、保护与发展所面临的问题进行了分析，在此基础上提出了相关的保护措施，为传承保护传统手工艺文化遗产提供依据。

Abstract

Traditional crafts in my national q has a long history，its exquisite craft，the rich categories and the most excellent development up to now，is the treasure of Chinese folk culture and art palace. But with the development of the era，traditional handicrafts of inheritance and development is facing many difficulties，solve handicrafts physical problems of erosion and craftsmanship of the lost an important part of the intangible cultural heritage protection work. Sealand karp is a kind of primitive and ancient tujia brocade craft skills，that embody a concentrated reflection of Chinese ethnic minorities brocade system basic characteristic，but also has its distinct personality characteristics. Under the background of cultural transformation，sealand karp brocade the inheritance and development of facing the test of time. This article introduces the tujia sealand karp，on the basis of the traditional arts and crafts heritage of cultural heritage，protection and development are analyzed，and the problems faced on the basis of the proposed the relevant protection measures，provide the basis for passing on to protect traditional arts and crafts

culture heritage.
