Prewarming Main Steam Line对主蒸汽管进行暖管
Open all of drain in main steam line.打开主蒸汽管上所有的疏水阀 Open of by pass valve of main steam 1st stage slowly (make sure there is no water hummer in line). 缓慢打开一段主蒸汽管上的旁通阀(确保在管道中没有水)。 Open of by pass valve of main steam 2nd stage slowly (make sure there is no water hummer in line). 缓慢打开二段主蒸汽管上的旁通阀(确保在管道中没有水)。 Prewarming of main steam line over after main steam temperature > 380 0C. 当蒸汽温度> 380 0C时,暖管就完成了。

原理:具有一定压力、温度的蒸汽经过气轮机
喷嘴并在喷嘴内膨胀获得很高的速度,高速的 蒸汽流经气轮机上的动叶片做功,从而带动气 轮机转子按一定均匀的速度转动。气轮机转子 与发电机转子用连轴器,当气轮机转子以一定 速度均匀转动时,发电机的转子也跟着转动, 由于电磁感应的作用,发电机定子线圈中产生 电流,通过变配电设备向用户供电。

Condensate

System Circulation / Operation 冷凝水的循环
Fill up of Condensate level to normal level (400 – 500 mm) from filling water line. 用补水管中的水将冷凝水的液位加到正常液位(400 – 500 mm)。 Start Condensate pump (both DCS and Field is available) and the other one in priority selection (Auto mode). 启动冷凝水泵(DCS和现场),另一台在预选(自动控制)。 Start Gland Fan (Leak Steam Blower). 启动格兰风扇 Condensate level control put on ‘Auto Mode’ 冷凝水液位控制自动控制。

Lube Oil system operation (AC Auxiliary Oil Pump start). 润滑油系统(启动辅助油泵)。 Control Oil system operation (supply from AC Auxiliary Oil Pump). 控制油系统(来自AC辅助油泵) Oil vapor extractor in operation.启动抽油烟机。 Oil Cooler in operation and the other one stand by. 油冷器的启动,另一个备用。
Oil tank heater in operation (if necessary)油加热器的启动(如果有必要)


Turning Gear Operation 盘车的启动


Start Jacking oil pump.顶轴油泵的启动。
Start Turning Gear by auto mode (from DCS).通过自动模式启动盘车(DCS)
