摘要

本次设计的是大斗沟3#煤层初步设计,井型1.2Mt/a。大斗沟煤矿3#煤层走向长度约7km,东西倾向约5km,井田面积35.4km2,只采3#层煤且井田面积较大,采用单水平开拓,将井田面积划分为四个带区。

煤层平均厚度2.7m,结合斜井、立井的优缺点,决定用主斜副立开拓,主斜井斜长981m,倾角16°,采用胶带运输机运输,实现了井下的连续运输,副立井采用罐笼提升,井下运矿车辅助运输。由于井田面积比较大,考虑后期通风不容易和通风的安全,采用对角式通风,工作面采用U型通风,掘进工作面采用局部通风机通风,压入式通风。

带区采用倾斜长壁开采,“三八”制生产,两班生产,一班准备,年生产330天,工作面长度207m,两条风带斜巷宽4.6m,高3.2m,满足通风的要求,为满足高产高效的要求,本次设计本着一井一面的要求,带区只布置一个工作面,一个掘进面,实现全煤巷化,这大大减少了煤炭的损失,提高的产量。

ABSTRACT

The mine coal design is about third coal seam of Da Dougao, which production capacity is 1.2million tons annuall. The length of this coal seam from east to west is about seven kilometer ,from south to north is about five kilometer,and its area is 35.4 square kiometers .Beacuse its area is so large ,it is divided into four parts.

The coal seam average thickness is 2.7 bining the advantages of shaft and slope ,the mine coal decided chosing main siope and side shaft devepment. The length of main oblique is 981meters ,the tip is 16°.The mian oblique use belt convey transportation, reasing the contionous transportation in underground . The vertical devepment use cage improve and the orbit large roadway use the car .Beacuse the eare is so large ,considering the difficulty of ventilation in future and making sure the safety ,the mine coal decide use diagonal ventilation ,the face use U type ventioonal and the heading face use local fan ventition .

The band zone use longwall ming along the dip , there are three shifts every day ,for 330 days in a year. The length of mining face is 207 meters and the tailenter and headenter’s length is 4.6 meters ,width is 3.2 meters. For reasing the high production and high efficiency ,the band zone only put a ming face and a heading face, and the all hall put in coal seam, thus sharply reduce the coal loss.
