随着中国的改革开放和经济的全球化的深入发展，中国经济在取得重大成就的同时也与世界上其他国家的联系越来越紧密，中国开始承接全球产业转移并在全球价值链中扮演着重要的角色。
研究视角上，本文选取了中国与欧盟和日台的三角贸易这一视角，既反应了中国在全球价值链中的地位，也通过对Hale Waihona Puke Baidu得出了中国加工贸易在全球价值链中所处的地位不同则贸易利益不同。

基于全球价值链的中国加工贸易的发展研究
摘要
本文紧紧围绕着基于全球价值链的中国加工贸易发展的研究。这既不是普通的说理而已，他更具有很强的社会现实意义。在现如今全球化已经是任何人无法阻止的趋势，而且他的趋势很强烈，我们既然不能将其规避，就要勇敢的面对他。而中国的加工贸易利益链是我国发展的重要环节。而我国又处于全球价值链的低端，对于发展加工贸易，我国存在着劣势。加工贸易是我国经济发展的重要组成部分，基于此局面，我们必须基于全球化利益链分析我国加工贸易发展的很多问题，并找到解决的方法，从而扭转我国加工贸易的困境，使其散发出蓬勃的生命力，并让他成为我国在价值链位置中的跳板和桥梁。
