本文以长安大学数字化校园建设项目为依托，从综合信息门户系统、统一身份份认 证和校园数据中心以及网络安全等方面具体介绍了实现过程。结合目前我国高校数字化 校园建设的经验和成就，最后总结出数字化校园建设的规划设计与实现方法，制定了《长 安大学学号、工号和单位编号编码标准》。根据实际情况通过不同方式对校内教务系统、 研究生系统、邮件系统、办公系统、财务系统、图书馆系统、一卡通系统、学工系统等 进行了集成，信息平台的搭建实现了各部门业务系统之间的数据共享与交换，消除原来 各部门信息孤岛的问题，解决了校外用户长期无法访问校内资源的问题，从而对长安大 学数字化校园建设有了进一步的认识和理解。

计算机技术、软件技术和互联网的飞速发展为教育信息化带来硬件保障和技术支 持，而当今国内高校普遍面临校区多，硬件、软件、网络建设不断升级更新，校内大部 分业务系统数据重复且无法共享。为了有效地解当前高校信息化存在的问题，本文结合 “长安大学数字化校园信息平台建设”的总项目实现了构建全校性的网络平台、数据库 平台和应用平台的研究开发。
Regarded construction and research of the digital campus information platform of colleges and universities as core problem, system plan, strategy, mode, safety measure, problem and countermeasure of construction of the digital campus information platform are deeply studied. Taking digital campus construction of Chang’an University as research object, plan design and realization of digital campus construction of colleges and universities are discussed from point of view of professional technology and professional work, the whole necessity of digital campus construction is analyzed, the concept, construction principle and construction object, etc. of digital campus construction are illustrated. Combined practical demand of digital campus construction with objective development situation for Chang’an University, integration of digital campus platform construction, including information platform construction, unified identity authentication platform construction, data central construction and existing professional work system are described in detail.
本文是以高校数字化校园信息平台的建设与研究为中心，对高校数字化校园建设的 体系规划架构、策略、模式、安全措施、问题及对策等理论概念进行深入的研究。在实 践中以长安大学数字化校园建设为研究对象，从专业技术与业务的角度来探讨高校数字 化校园建设规划设计与实现。分析了数字化校园建设的整体需求，论述了数字化校园建 设的概念、建设原则、建设目标等内容，根据长安大学数字化校园建设的实际需求结合 学校的客观情况，详细描述了数字化校园平台建设包括信息平台建设、统一身份认证平 台建设、数据中心建设、现有业务系统集成等内容。

Abstract
The rapid development of computer technology, software technology and internet bring hardware assurance and technological support. However, colleges and universities at home abroad face to many problems, such as the constant upgrading and renewing of the hardware, software and internet construction, repetition and non-sharing of mostly professional work system data in colleges and universities. In order to solve informationalized problem of colleges and universities at present, combined with project of “the digital campus information platform construction of Chang’an University”, the research and development of the internet platform, the database platform the and application platform of Chang’an University are realized.
